Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore - Hong Kong Branch officially announced that the Sony PlayStation 4 currently has 70.3 million units sold around the world. These numbers clearly make sense that more gamers are embracing what Sony's fourth home gaming console can offer.

Aside from the sales milestone, Sony also stated in its recent figures that the PS4 also sold 617.8 million games whether they are purchased physically or downloaded from the PlayStation Store. It is well assured that millions of PS4 users are enjoying their own variety of games which include Horizon Zero Dawn, Tekken 7, Ratchet and Clank, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, and Wipeout Omega Collection.

Meanwhile, more than 12 million PlayStation VR units and software were sold since its inception late last year which proves that gamers are starting to embrace and fascinate their own experience through virtual reality. In 2018, players may expect more from the PlayStation 4 including highly-anticipated releases of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Monster Hunter World, God of War and Shadow of the Colossus as well as PSVR games Skyrim VR and Bravo Team.
