With
so many things happening, it feels like I am interested on how my hometown of
Lipa City will be able to cope and savor in its ongoing flourishment as a next
wave city considering that I never thought of any problems regarding the city's
identity crisis. Still, I guess that there are more in the City for All Seasons
which are poised to be its next big things and they are somewhere that we did
not expect.
The
city of Lipa has been highly regarded as the city with the most number of
commercial establishments operating in the province and it is not just a simple
and unrare feat for any city or town situated in the local shores. However, in
recent years, the opening of numerous establishments within the city's uptown becomes
a growing testament of Lipa's new leaf as an emerging lifestyle center not only
in the province of Batangas but also in the CALABARZON region as well.
One
case in point is Levitown situated in Brgy. Marawoy. Although I have never
visited such place, its developments being reported by the city's flagship
bloggers on social media (Hello Lipa and Lipa Status) have given me an
impression that Levitown is one that is yet to be flourished in the near
future. With that in mind, travelers who want to visit Lipa City may need to
look forward to the impending opening of The Outlets at Lipa, Tierra Lorenzo, Lipa
Town Center and Dusit Thani Hotel which should provide an everlasting boost to
the city's continuing evolution.
