BVR Launch Sand Court in Bonifacio Global City

Beach Volleyball Republic (BVR) in cooperation with the Aboitiz Group recently launched a beach volleyball sand court last week at the heart of the Bonifacio Global City, which marked the beginning of a new partnership between the two parties in bringing the sport to new heights in the Philippines.

The new sand court is now situated at AboitizLand's Seafront Residences in Taguig and the new amenity fits the residential development's lifestyle according to Aboitiz Group innovation head John Amon. On the other hand, for BVR founder Bea Tan, it is the fulfillment of the organization's dream to host an event in the Bonifacio Global City giving it the affirmation of doing the right thing for the love of beach volleyball.

The launch party was headlined by several exhibition games featuring the co-founders of the Beach Volleyball Republic and collegiate volleyball standouts such as Amy Amohiro, Melissa Gohing, Michelle Gumabao and Mae Tajima, among others.

But the BVR-Aboitiz partnership won't stop there as it is slated to host more beach volleyball tournaments and other beach sports activities in different parts of the country in the future. And this would be a good sign that beach volleyball is getting more popular in our local shores.
