When this happens, they become more resilient and are able to help more.)” This was emphasized by Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto during the province's successful staging of the 20th Southern Tagalog Cooperative Congress (STCC26) at the Lipa City Convention Center in Lipa City, held last October 7-9, 2026.
