The network now under the helm of Philippine men's basketball team coach Vincent "Chot" Reyes relaunched the popular series with a more exciting array of stories lining up for viewers and fans of the show, which are posted by young writers of the socially-popular service Wattpad. The new lineup will treat television buffs with a buffet of new stories that they can relate to but mixed with bits of action and horror that will light up the small screens.
For those who have missed the pilot episode of "Destined", here is a little tidbit about the story. It is about a love triangle involving college students and poses a question, "Who do you choose - the one you love or the one who loves?" The story was written by Blue Maiden, garnered more than 22 million reads, and won Wattpad's annual writing contest known as the Wattys back in 2015. The main characters in the story were portrayed by Sarah Carlos as Kayla, Kate Alejandrino as Krystal and Ben Isaac as Kean. Now, it is up to you where you can watch the said episode from the online world.
But, don't fret because there are three more stories to be shown on television starting next week that could lessen your disappointments on missing the first one. These are "Just the Benefits" (written by Beeyotch, has about 29 million reads), "Unlucky I'm in Love with my Bestfriend" (written by Stupidlyinlove, has recorded 38.1 million reads), and "Special Section" (written by Onneechan with 17.5 million reads). It is assured that every episode is crafted with excellent production values courtesy of some of the best production houses in the country that are known for quality films and television commercials.
