The Zenfone 4 Selfie (Php13,995) and Selfie Pro (Php19,995) are
midrange marvels that seek to make an impact in the ongoing Selfie war against
the likes of OPPO and Vivo with their own dual front cameras. Both Selfie and
Selfie Pro has a 16 megapixel rear camera but the ladder (24 megapixel + 5
megapixel Sony IMX362 with f/1.8 aperture lens) has better front cameras than
the former (20 megapixel + 8 megapixel) although they incorporate a 120° wide angle which
is perfect for groupies.

has 13 megapixel + 5 megapixel dual rear cameras with f/2.0 aperture lens and 8
megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture lens, and its best advantage is its 5000
mAh battery which is enough to keep the phone running for a day or two or maybe
three depending on your use.
Anyway, the Zenfone 4 line runs on the latest Android 7.1 Nougat
operating system with a highly-improved ZenUI interface and is slated to
receive recent system updates upgrading the OS to Android 8.0 Oreo. The five
variants are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon octa core processors coupled with up
to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to
2 TB via a microSD card. These dual SIM marvels also sport a 5.5-inch HD IPS
display, fingerprint sensor, NFC and USB Type-C ports and 4G LTE connectivity
for high-speed mobile internet access.
The Zenfone 4 Selfie, Selfie Pro and Max are now available at ASUS
concept stores and authorized dealers nationwide while customers can pre-order
their own Zenfone 4. On the other hand, those who are interested in purchasing
the Zenfone 4 Pro may have to wait until the middle of September for the
opening of pre-orders.
