Bandai Namco Entertainment is inviting players back to the treacherous
land of Lordran as the genre-defining title that kicked off a worldwide gaming
phenomena will be re-released in high definition detail, and it looks like Southeast
Asian gamers are set to have first dibs on the remastered title as it will be
officially released in Southeast Asian countries on May 25, 2018.
Dark Souls Remastered, the spiritual successor of Demon's Souls and the
first of the critically acclaimed Dark Souls series of thrilling action role-playing
games developed by From Software, enables players to explore the twisted dark
land and build up their characters from the ground up to complete mastery by
strategically adapting to daunting foes, exploring haunting locations and
amassing a large collection of weapons, armor and magic spells to wield for a
truly unique playstyle.
Dark Souls Remastered will include nine online covenants hidden throughout
the world for players to uncover that will motivate their online interactions.
Up to six players can choose their own path that would affect their quest,
whether it is collaboration or confrontation and even if it is either support
or conflict. Either way, old and new players can experience what Dark Souls is
all about in high-definition quality especially when you're playing on a PS4 Pro,
Xbox One or PC.
