Philippine volleyball stars Alyssa Valdez, Michelle Gumabao, Myla
Pablo, Stephanie Mercado and Jovelyn Gonzaga were able to give their fans more
than what they have asked for as they have signed autographs, taken selfies and
even played games with them during the S+A Volleyball Grand Fans Day held last April
25, 2019 at the Trinoma Activity Center. They were joined by notable players
from six different teams that are suited up for the upcoming Premier Volleyball
League (PVL) Reinforced Conference which is set to begin on May 26th.

for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet and greet their volleyball
idols while others eventually got to showcase their dancing and hugot skills with their favorite
athletes. For instance, the Swag Challenge was judged by Dzi Gervacio and Mae
Tajika of BanKo Perlas Spikers and PetroGazz Angels' Cherry Nunag while Jema
Galanza and a fan blew the competition away in the Dalagang Pilipina challenge
which was participated by Fhem Ennas, Jeanette Panaga, Risa Sato and Jia
Morado.
The stars of the Premier Volleyball League also got to live their own
supermodel dreams with Chalk Magazine glammering them up with the latest
fashion trends for the modern athlete. Putting aside their jerseys, knee pads
and sneakers for a moment and taking part in a special fashion showcase were Valdez
and Pau Soriano from the Creamline Cool Smashers, Motolite's Pablo and Nellie
Tempiatura, Nunag and Cai Baloaloa of PetroGazz, BanKo Perlas' Gervacio and
Tajima, Jeannie Delos Reyes and Jem Nicole Gutierrez from PacificTown Army, and
Katrina Racelias and Satriani Espiritu from Balipure.
Aside from various volleyball stars, adding fun to the grand fans day
was a special segment featuring MYX VJs Samm and Sunny with the finalists of
the MYX VJ Search 2019 as well as a mini concert presented by Star Music which
was graced by Hashtag Ryle, Janella Salvador and Tarsier Records' Kyler
performing for fans of the sport. On the other hand, NCAA season 94
cheerleading champions Arellano U ChiefSquad kicked off the show with a scintillating
performance that testified how they won the competition.
The S+A Volleyball Grand Fans Day also saw the introduction of two new
teams - the PacificTown Army Lady Troopers and Motolite - to the fold joining
the PetroGazz Angels, BanKo Perlas Spikers and Balipure Purest Water Defenders as
they try to dethrone last year's PVL Reinforced Conference champions Creamline
Cool Smashers in the season-opening tournament. The six squads will be parading
international players such as Creamline's Kutikka Kaewpin, PetroGazz's Janisa
Johnson and Wilma Salas and the tandem of Thailand's Kanikka Tipachot and
Sutadta Chuewulin representing PacificTown Army.

with the Reinforced Conference featuring some of the country's best volleyball
players and world-class reinforcements beginning May 26th. All games of the
