McDonalds Philippines has brought back some of its crowd favorites just
in time for the start of the much-awaited holiday season. But this time, our tastebuds
will be complemented by the taste of the cool autumn season in Japan with
McDo's Flavors of Japan Autumn Edition lineup featuring the return of the Twister
Fries, Ebi Burger and Teriyaki Samurai Burger plus the all-new Fuji Apple
McFreeze.
Bite into McDo's perfectly seasoned and crispy Twister Fries made only
from top quality potatoes and savor the golden curls and spices of such a
glorious potato treat. Pair it with either the Ebi Burger or Teriyaki Samurai
Burger where the former is a tempura-coated shrimp patty topped with sweet
sauce and lettuce sandwiched between a black and white sesame seed bun while
the ladder sports a beef patty dipped in Teriyaki glaze topped with mayonaise
and lettuce all packaged in a sesame seed bun that can satisfy one's crave. You
can then enjoy the meal with a refreshing Fuji Apple McFreeze for a sweet fix
of the icy cool flavor of red apple on your frozen softdrink.
Aside from the Flavors of Japan Autumn Edition, McDonalds Philippines
officially released a video featuring its chairman and CEO George Yang and Jose
Mari Chan, the Father of Philippine Christmas Music, in time for Grandparents Month.
In the tribute video, both Yang and Chan have sat down inside a McDonalds
branch and agreed to exchange roles of each other for only one day with the ladder
bringing smiles to customers and employees while the former practicing his
vocal cords for an upcoming concert performance considering that he is also a
concert artist. This conveys a message that age is not a factor for anyone who
wants to fulfill and live his or her dreams.
The McDo Flavors of Japan Autumn Edition is now available in all
McDonalds stores nationwide for a limited time only. If you happen to be among those
who are fortunate enough to indulge on the flavorful Japanese autumn taste, you
may share that experience on social media with the hashtag #McDoFlavorsOfJapan.
On the other hand, here's the Grandparents Month tribute video which can be
viewed on McDo PH's social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
