ABS-CBN, the leading media and entertainment company in the
Philippines, has been known for its string of successful and phenomenal adaptations
of international talent competitions in the Philippines such as Pilipinas Got
Talent, The Voice Kids, Your Face Sounds Familiar, I Can See Your Voice and
Idol Philippines. Now, it is set to become a pioneer in the local television
scene with an original format that showcases not only the best of Filipino
talent but also those from around the world as well. Enter "Your
Moment".
Partnered with Dutch production firm Fritz Productions which is known
for its vast international experience in unscripted formats, "Your Moment"
will feature singing and dancing competitions in one show with two grand
champions in each category. The show will have four levels that will lead the
most fortunate competitors to the grand finals dubbed "Your Grand
Moment". In the first level named "Your First Moment",
participants are given two minutes to impress the judges. Each performance
starts in black and white for 20 seconds and then changes to full color as it moves
forward. Three acts per competition will be featured in each episode.
"Your Moment of Choice", the second level of the competition,
will have the highest-ranked acts get to pick their opponents in an exhilarating
three-way showdown, while its third level "Your Moment of Power"
allows top performers to pick their mentor of choice. These two levels will follow
the uniquely intriguing "beat the winner" elimination process. The
top three acts in the two competitions after all three rounds are set to
compete in a series of rounds where two grand champions will emerge.
Viewers and judges will witness these electrifyingly thrilling
performances in a state-of-the-art revolving set that takes studio audiences to
the singing then to the dancing stage and vice-versa. Lights and color will
appear as a performance advance featuring three time markers representing three
wow moments judges can score. When a performance reach the time markers, an
emotion meter will appear which reflects the scores of the judges. They will
score three times from 1 to 10 using an emotion meter knob.
"Your Moment" will be hosted by Luis Manzano and Vhong
Navarro, two renouned and well-known world-class Filipino personalities.
International R&B singing sensation Billy Crawford, multimedia princess
Nadine Lustre and "King of Talk" Boy Abunda will sit down as the
show's judges. "Your Moment" is slated to premiere on November 9,
2019 and will air every Saturday and Sunday nights on ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN HD
