The Philippine Pro Gaming League (PPGL) returns for the second and final season of the year as it is set to roll out a Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Mobile tournament within this month. The league will stick to the online-only format which was introduced in the first season with the country continuing to limit physical gatherings due to threat of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Following the PUBG Mobile tournament which will run throughout the month of November, PPGL will end the season with a Call Of Duty Mobile tournament on December. In an effort to serve a bigger local gaming community, the league will also expand its offerings with a Rocket League side tournament. The season will offer over Php900,000 worth of prizes plus exciting rewards for viewers and supporters. PPGL has also partnered with The Madrigal Project which will provide a platform for aspiring shoutcasters to hone their craft as the league will allot caster slots for exclusive sessions as well as handling aspirants the knowledge care of industry veterans.
