BGYO makes hearts swoon anew with its electric new song “Tumitigil Ang Mundo", the first single off the group’s upcoming sophomore album. “Tumitigil Ang Mundo” accentuates the perfect blend of Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate’s vocals over an upbeat and vibrant melody that encapsulates the song’s romantic theme. It also brings out intense ‘kilig’ through its lyrics that illustrate how falling in love and being with the right person can magically feel like everything in the world just stops.

The song was composed and produced by several musicians and producers from local sound production house FlipMusic and released under Star Music. Meanwhile, the music video for “Tumitigil Ang Mundo” has also been released which shows the boys having fun in a theme park. They also perform the endearing and bubbly choreography for the track which will surely brighten up the day of their fans. Prior to its drop, BGYO’s loyal fandom ACEs made sure to share their anticipation for the song on social media, landing “TUMITIGIL ANG MUNDO RELEASE” among the top 5 trending topics on Twitter Philippines. “Tumitigil Ang Mundo” follows the P-Pop boy group’s recent single “Best Time" which serves as the theme song of “He’s Into Her” season 2.

BGYO recently captivated and captured the hearts of Filipino music lovers and P-Pop fans with other P-Pop groups at the Tugatog Music Festival held last July 15 inside the SM Mall of Asia Arena and is set to heat up the stage on July 22 with its sibling group BINI and popular all-female K-Pop group Red Velvet at the “Be You” benefit concert. Knowledge Channel Strengthens Partnership With Industry-Leading Brands To Enhance PH Education

Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc. (KCFI) explores more partnerships with industry-leading brands from banking and technology plus non-profit agencies to ensure accessible yet quality education for Filipino children, help equip educators in today’s hybrid schooling set-up, and instill Filipino values to the youth.

To bolster its continuous “School at Home” distance-learning efforts and childhood development initiatives, Knowledge Channel links with BDO Foundation and Huawei Technologies to produce fun and interactive video lessons in teaching early mathematics to Grade 1 students aligned to the curriculum of the Department of Education (DepEd). In attendance for KCFI during the memorandum of agreement (MoA) signing are president and executive director Rina Lopez-Bautista, and director for operations Edric Calma, together with BDO Foundation president Mario Deriquito, Huawei’s human resources director Peter Zhang, and corresponding officials from DepEd. The collaborative video project, which commenced in June, is set to wrap up production in March 2023 and will be available on Knowledge Channel’s online, offline, and on-air platforms.

Prior to the ongoing collaboration, KCFI and BDO Foundation, alongside DepEd and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), first worked on “Financial Education" featuring video lessons teaching the importance of financial responsibility at an early age. Apart from producing shows, the link-up also aims to train educators from 100 public schools nationwide in teaching in today’s hybrid setting with the “Knowledge Channel Teaching in the New Normal” running until December 2022. The three-day online training program seeks to equip teachers and principals with the right tools and methods to cope with teaching their students amid today’s limitations caused by the ongoing pandemic.

Knowledge Channel also partnered with Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation, Inc. (ILCFI) in instilling Filipino values to children with the latter’s “Our Values Photo-Story Contest.” Under the agreement signed by execs from both parties, the entries from various high school and college entrants will be included in the Knowledge Channel Portable Media Library (KCPML) as added resources.

BamBam Surprises Pinoy K-Pop Fans With Back-To-Back Fansign Events

BamBam joins the roster of K-Pop idols holding solo fansign events made possible by Y Global Music and CDM Entertainment as it is slated to follow those of Jung Yerin and fellow GOT7 member YOUNGJAE, capping off the month of July with back-to-back fansign events in Manila and Cebu to fans' delight. Given that not many South Korean artists hold events outside of Manila, Cebuanos are brimming with excitement considering that BamBam is the first K-Pop idol to hold a solo fansign event at the Queen City of the South.

The Cebu show is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2022 at 6:00 pm at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu. Manila follows closely on July 28, 6:00 pm, at Activity Center, Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Much like the other fansign events, BamBam will greet fans through a variety of activities like selfie, solo photo op, fansign, and group photo. Top Spender event will also take place where fans with the most albums get guaranteed perks. For many, the most enticing part of both events is undoubtedly the “Goodbye Session.” This perk allows all fans to go up the stage and wave goodbye to BamBam. As a bonus, fans can take a video of their interaction with the idol.

Only 1,000 seats are available for Cebu and even fewer for Manila with 750 seats. Entry to the event only requires purchasing one set of ‘B’ albums worth PHP3,900 via https://www.cdmentertainment.ph. With limited seats, it’s a game of who secures their entry first.
