After an explosive first year, VCT (VALORANT Champions Tour) Pacific is set to bring higher stakes and more intense competition on its more exciting second year with the entry of Bleed eSports following its emergence from VCT Ascencion in 2023. VCT Pacific is the freshest among four international leagues in the expanded VCT structure that now includes VCT Americas, VCT EMEA and VCT CN. This year, there will be three global events for VCT teams to qualify for, namely Masters Madrid, Masters Shanghai and Champions. Teams will qualify for these global events via Kickoff, Stage 1 and 2. There will also be an additional team qualifying for Champions via Championship Points, earned through consistent team performance throughout the whole season.
Apart from fighting for a chance to qualify for global events, Pacific teams will also be fighting for a US$250,000 total prize pool. As the first tournament of the year, VCT Pacific Kickoff will determine which teams qualify for Masters Madrid. This intense 8-day competition will help to set the bar for excellence through the rest of the year. The Kickoff will be split into 3 phases. Teams will fight through a total of 19 matches across 8 days. Group stage will be played in a GSL (dual-tournament) format with 11 teams seeded randomly into 3 groups. As last year's VCT Pacific Champions, PRX will be automatically seeded into Group C. This is followed by the Play-Ins which will be structured in a single round robin format. The four remaining teams that make it through will qualify for Playoffs where they will fight through a single elimination bracket. The top two teams will then earn a spot at Masters Madrid, the first global VCT event for the year.

VCT Pacific Kickoff will be held on February 17-25, 2024 and all matches in the tournament will begin at the following times:

• Group stage (February 17-21) – Matches on February 17, 19 and 21 will start from 3:00 pm KST (2:00 pm PHT/HKT/SGT) while the February 18 and 20 matches will start from 5:00 pm KST (4:00 pm PHT/HKT/SGT)
• Play-ins (February 22) – Matches will start from 3:00 pm KST (2:00 pm PHT/HKT/SGT)
• Playoffs (February 24-25) – Matches will start from 5:00 pm KST (4:00 pm PHT/HKT/SGT)

Due to the overwhelming feedback from fans clamoring for a more accessible venue, the VCT Pacific 2024 Kickoff is set to unfold at the vibrant S FACTORY nestled in the heart of Seongsu-Dong, a cultural haven for the youth.
