With the launch of the Talent Edge Hub, LIMA Estate now deepens its role as a driver of human capital development for the country. The Talent Edge Hub serves as a gateway where careers are shaped, skills are strengthened, and futures are built. Within its walls, applicants can access a centralized talent database, undergo interviews, and connect directly with employers while training rooms inside the Talent Edge Lab host workshops and courses to develop in-demand skills. By providing a dedicated space for both employers and jobseekers, the Hub helps accelerate hiring, address skills gaps, and strengthen the link between industry needs and workforce capabilities.
