Spotify, a leading global music and audio streaming platform, recently launched RADAR Creators Philippines, the first program to spotlight rising Filipino podcasters which aims to empower creators to share real and relatable stories while inspiring the next wave of digital storytellers and AI-driven podcast makers. The initiative redefine the local podcasting scene with each locally-produced podcast represent a unique facet of Filipino storytelling.
Building on Spotify’s long-standing commitment to champion Filipino voices, RADAR Creators is an extension of the platform’s support to the country’s booming podcasting community. The program provides on-platform editorial promotion, marketing support, and mentorship opportunities, empowering creators to reach wider audiences and build meaningful connections with listeners. “Filipino creators are pushing the boundaries of podcasting, using audio and video to tell stories that are real, relatable, and uniquely theirs. Through RADAR Creators, we’re amplifying the voices of emerging Filipino audio talent, giving them the platform and support to shape Filipino storytelling,” said Spotify Southeast Asia Head of Studios Carl Zuzarte. The Philippines has become one of Spotify’s top 5 podcast markets in Asia-Pacific. The share of Filipino podcasters publishing video has grown by nearly 65% year-on-year, making Spotify the home for the country’s most expressive and community-driven voices. The RADAR Creators Philippines Class of 2025 features a diverse lineup of voices shaping how Filipinos connect through podcasts, from established names exploring new storytelling frontiers to digital-native creators redefining expression and community. This year’s lineup brings the creators’ stories to the forefront, each offering a glimpse into how podcasting continues to evolve in the Philippines. This comprises of the following:
• Ano Ba Talaga? With Kuya Kim: Trivia master Kuya Kim Atienza uncovers everyday stories and little-known facts about his celebrity guests with his signature warmth and wit.
• K's Drama: From stage to screen, and now to Spotify! Karylle Tatlonghari-Yuzon opens her heart in K’s Drama, bringing you behind the scenes to places and people that shaped her story, and introducing you to new friends along the way.
• Your Honor: Trending issues and intriguing topics are up for trial on Your Honor. With their sharp wit and playful energy, hosts Chariz Solomon and Buboy Villar lighten up life’s dramas one case at a time.
• DAGOK TIME!: Sophie Prime blends Gen Z humor with unfiltered commentary on DAGOK TIME!, empowering listeners to own who they are, without shame or fear.
• yani's room: In yani’s room, Yani Villarosa invites listeners to come in and make themselves comfortable as she reflects on both the mundane and deeply personal moments of life, hoping to offer comfort to listeners.

Building on the Tatak Pinoy playlist — Spotify’s flagship hub for Filipino music, featuring the latest and greatest in Pinoy Music across all genres — the show brings to life what 97% of Filipinos say about Spotify: that it helps them discover and celebrate local tracks, artists, and genres. In partnership with TV5’s fan-driven music countdown program VIBE, Spotify Tatak Pinoy Live turns fan passion and streaming power into action by letting listeners decide which Filipino artist headlines the stage each month, championing the artists they love. “Filipino fans have always been at the heart of how local music is discovered and shared. At Spotify, we’ve seen how streaming has evolved from a medium for passive listening to a platform for rallying behind artists. Spotify Tatak Pinoy Live builds on that passion to give fans a more active role in shaping the moments that celebrate Filipino artistry,” said Spotify Asia Head of Music Kossy Ng. A recent Spotify survey revealed that 95% of Filipino listeners feel connected to the artists they listen to on the platform. Now, Spotify Tatak Pinoy Live is turning that connection into a shared celebration, by letting fans vote for their favourite artists and create a meaningful onstage moment together. Spotify Tatak Pinoy Live puts the power in the hands of the Filipino fans. For each cycle, three tracks from the Tatak Pinoy playlist will be nominated and listeners can vote directly on Spotify to decide which artist will take the stage. Voting is simple:
1. Search for the ‘VIBE with Tatak Pinoy’ playlist on Spotify and tap the voting banner.
2. Cast your vote. Free users get one vote per day while Premium users enjoy three.
3. Share your vote on social media and tune in to VIBE on TV5 to see who takes center stage.
Spotify Premium users can also unlock exclusive perks, from extra votes and access to live performances to meet-and-greets, exclusive merch, and even a chance to be featured on TV, turning fandom into real-life experiences. Premium users can check their Spotify app for an invitation to join. Each user may only submit one entry, and entries will be accepted until 11:59 pm of a specified date for every cycle. Kicking off the first-ever set of Spotify Tatak Pinoy Live are three standout artists reflecting the vibrance of today’s Filipino music scene. Pop-alternative rock band Over October brings heartfelt storytelling with “Dahan”, indie-alternative band Dilaw showcases their raw emotion and lyrical depth with “BLACK N’ WHITE”, and pop artist Arthur Miguel captures modern romance with his love anthem “Sulyap”. Together, these artists spotlight the range and talent of today’s Filipino music — each with a distinct sound that continues to resonate with listeners across the country.
