Bundle items are provided by the store upon purchase, while rebates are processed centrally. To qualify for the promo, the customer must complete the following steps:
STEP 1 – Purchase: Buy any participating EVNIA gaming monitor from selected dealers within the promo period.
STEP 2 – Register: Fill out the official promo registration form here.
STEP 3 – Submit Required Documents for Validation: Enter the following details on the promo registration form – Full Name (must be the same as on the receipt), Contact Number, E-Mail Address, Residential Address, Store Name, Purchase Date (must be within the promo period), Model Name, Quantity Purchased (if more than 1 unit), Product Serial Number – and upload all the required attachments – clear photo of Official Receipt (OR), clear photo of EVNIA monitor Serial Number (SN), valid government ID, photo of purchased EVNIA monitor (optional but recommended for faster validation), and e-wallet number or bank QR code
STEP 4 – Claiming: Bundle items will be received at the store upon purchase after registration while rebates are sent via the consumer's e-wallet number or bank QR code to the registered number within 5–7 business days after successful validation. Incorrect, inactive, or incomplete e-wallet number or bank QR code details will delay processing.
Promo Conditions
• Only purchases made within the promo period qualify.
• Promo is valid for end-users only. Dealers, resellers, bulk transactions, and corporate purchases may be subject to additional verification and/or may be excluded.
• Original receipts must be untampered, readable, and from authorized dealers. Philips Monitors Philippines has the right to suspend the release of prize or void any entry if misrepresentation or fraud has proven. Lost, blurred, fake, or altered receipts will not be accepted.
• Redemption is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash (except for rebate models).

• The organizer reserves the right to verify submitted entries and request additional documents if required.
• Any attempt to defraud, falsify, or manipulate entries will result in automatic disqualification.
