BIGO Live, a leading global live streaming platform, celebrated the Philippines’ brightest creators and rising stars at the BIGO Philippines Awards Gala 2025, its biggest annual celebration of creativity, talent and community. Held last January 17, 2026, the Gala transformed Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City into a fashion-forward stage, spotlighting Filipino creators for their innovation, authenticity and impact within their local communities.
The event welcomed over 350 creators, agencies, partners and users including renowned awardees IKANGMO and Bright while thousands more tuned in via the BIGO Live app to witness the celebration unfold in real time. Celebrating the theme ‘Vogue Vision’, the evening united fashion, entertainment, and community, showcasing the diversity and dynamic spirit of Filipino creators who creatively engage audiences worldwide, bringing uniquely Filipino stories, humour and cultural expression to the global livestreaming community. According to a BIGO Live spokesperson, “BIGO Live has transformed the way our Filipino community creates, discovers and connects in real-time. We are proud to honour over 22 local creators this year, reflecting the strong growth of our creator and user community. Beyond entertainment, BIGO Live serves as a digital home where Filipino culture and traditions are shared globally, particularly helping bridge the gap for our Filipino community overseas. We remain committed to empowering Filipino creators with a supportive ecosystem where creativity and connection can thrive safely.”
Honouring The BIGO Live Philippines Community
At this year’s Gala, fans played a central role deciding the winners through in-app voting, resulting in a star-studded Gala that celebrated the individuals and agencies who captured hearts across the country and made a significant impact on the platform. Topping the list of winners were BIGO Live Philippines 2025 Power Host Superstar IKANG MO, Legend TOP 1 Family PRIME FAMILY, and the Top 1 Agency PTA, alongside other outstanding community members. Other winners include Shooky as Super Sponsor and Gifter, Eanne G as Best Dressed 2025, and Ms. Kazz as Best Performer 2025.
A Celebration Beyond The Awards
The evening also showcased the creativity and culture of the Filipino BIGO Live community through immersive stage designs, interactive installations and live performances by top creators such as alyjeumar who brought energy and excitement to the celebration. The Gala further reflected BIGO Live’s role as a platform that fosters open, interactive and community-driven engagement. Through live chats, real-time reactions and shared moments, creators and fans connected beyond the stage, reinforcing livestreaming as a two-way experience rather than passive viewing. Elevating Filipino Creators To The Global Stage
The BIGO Philippines Awards Gala 2025 marked an important milestone for many Filipino creators preparing to take their talents further. Selected finalists from the Philippines were able to represent the country at the BIGO Awards Gala 2026, which took place in South Korea last January 23, 2026, alongside top creators from around the world on an international stage.
