Newport World Resorts delivers a year packed with live entertainment, featuring headliner concerts, musical theater, comedy nights, and family-friendly productions. The premier leisure and entertainment destination has unveiled its initial lineup for 2026 with more announcements expected throughout the year.
Kicking off the season is Bagets The Musical, now running until March at the Newport Performing Arts Theater. The stage adaptation of the iconic 1984 ’80s film brings themes of friendship, first love, and growing pains to life with a younger cast, OPM-driven nostalgia, and theatrical spectacle. March 29 sees World of Dance Philippines 2026 take over the theater, featuring the country’s top dance crews competing for national supremacy and a chance to represent the Philippines internationally. On April 7, Australian balladeer Rick Price returns for his For Lovers Concert Tour 2026, performing ’90s hits including “Heaven Knows” and “Nothing Can Stop Us Now” in an intimate show tailored for Filipino fans. Fans of disco will enjoy The Best Of The Bee Gees on April 10 and 11, accompanied by the Manila Symphony Orchestra under conductor George Ellis. The performance honors the group’s iconic 1979 album Greatest with orchestrated versions of their classic hits. Comedy fans can look forward to Singaporean legend Kumar on April 18 with Fifty:50, promising razor-sharp storytelling and fearless humor drawn from a three-decade career. The ethereal Vienna Boys Choir performs on April 26 and 27, offering classical, liturgical, and folk compositions from one of the world’s oldest and most celebrated boys’ choirs.
Families are in for a treat from July 31 to August 9 as beloved Aussie cartoon pup Bluey comes to life in Bluey’s Big Play: The Stage Show, featuring life-size puppets operated by world-class performers. Internet comedian Morgan Jay brings his Goofy Guy Tour on October 14 and 15 with multiple shows promising laughter and high-energy performances. The year concludes with The Grand Countdown to 2027 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom on December 31. The signature New Year’s Eve event features live OPM performances, festive dining, major giveaways, and a high-energy countdown to welcome the new year.
