CLTV36, the leading independent television network in Central Luzon from the RBC Media Group, and Bilyonaryo News Channel (BNC), the country’s fastest-growing premium multimedia platform today, have officially entered into a strategic partnership to broadcast trustworthy news, impactful insights, and dynamic entertainment programming across Central Luzon. It was made possible through the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement last June 24, 2026 at the Levy P. Laus Corporate Center in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Signing the monumental agreement were Laus Group of Companies (LGC) Chairman and CEO Lisset Laus-Velasco, LGC President and RBC Media Group Executive Director Paul Laus, RBC First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Billy San Juan, BNC Senior Vice President for News and Current Affairs Cheryl Favila, and BNC Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing Maria Fatima Baylon. Recognizing CLTV36’s dominant market presence and hyper-local trust, BNC chose the network as its ideal partner to effectively connect with the fast-growing business hubs, key decision-makers, and discriminating viewers of Region III. Programs are officially scheduled to air on the network beginning July 6, 2026. To deliver news ahead of the pack, CLTV36 will carry a powerhouse weekday lineup of BNC’s flagship news and current affairs shows. This includes a major evening prime block featuring the live simulcast of the news commentary program Agenda, hosted by Pinky Webb, Korina Sanchez-Roxas, and Willard Cheng (Monday to Friday, 6:00–7:30 pm), followed by the insightful On Point (Monday to Friday, 7:30–8:00 pm) as well as the weekday talk show The Spokes. On weekends, the grid shifts to an engaging mix of news, lifestyle, wellness, and sports programming. The weekend blocks will feature the live simulcast of Agenda Weekend (Saturday-Sunday, 6:00–7:00 pm) alongside highly anticipated titles including the talk show Memo With Korina, the health program Wellness Is Wealth, the lifestyle shows The Daily Dish and Go Rampa With Me, and the sports block The Scorecard.
