EA SPORTS FC™ 27 is now available worldwide, giving football fans everywhere more ways to play, compete, and connect through The World’s Game. Welcoming players to The Grounds, a new social football playground where fans can live out their street to stadium football fantasy, EA SPORTS FC™ 27 introduces more accessible experiences for first-time players and meaningful gameplay and mode updates for returning fans, based on feedback from the FC community.

Career Mode: A rebuilt Transfer Market introduces active club bidding and realistic player values enhanced by TransferRoom. Master new negotiation tactics, including performance and buy-back clauses, as Dynamic OVRs reflect player form, morale, and fitness across every club. EA SPORTS FC Mobile 27 Season Update Brings More Depth, Control And Ways To Play
FC Mobile Celebrates Third Anniversary With The All-New Gauntlet Mode, Game Plans, New PlayStyles And A Refreshed Visual Experience
Download or update EA SPORTS FC Mobile today to experience the FC Mobile 27 Season Update with new ways for players to get more from their squad and take greater control before and during matches. The all-new Gauntlet Mode and Game Plans lead the update, alongside new PlayStyles and a refreshed visual experience and a host of gameplay improvements, giving players more ways to customize and control The World’s Game on their mobile device. The new season also kicks off alongside the FC Mobile Anniversary Event, a month-long, community-driven celebration. This event brings back fan-favorite gameplay features from the past year, including Team of the Year (TOTY) upgrades, Team of the Season (TOTS) tag combos, and the iconic Bernabéu Stadium. Across ten distinct chapters, players can revisit familiar FC Mobile events, build their squads and earn rewards while enjoying this new era for FC Mobile with the 27 Season Update.
“With the FC Mobile 27 Season Update, we’re giving players more ways to get the most from the squads they build and greater control over how they approach each match. Whether you’re building out your line-up, adapting your tactics or taking on a new challenge, we want every match to give players more ways to make meaningful choices and play The World’s Game their way,” said FC Mobile General Manager Kevin Liu. Gauntlet Mode is an all-new PvE experience that puts squad depth to the test, challenging players to progress through a series of matches while making use of their roster’s scope and talent. Player appearance limits encourage squad rotation, while different objectives and match modifiers ask players to think strategically about the line-up they take into each challenge. Game Plans give players greater tactical control before and during matches, with the ability to create up to four combinations of formations and five mentalities — Ultra Defensive, Defensive, Balanced, Attacking and Ultra Attacking. Players can switch between Game Plans during supported matches to react and adapt as the action unfolds. The FC Mobile 27 Season Update also introduces two new PlayStyles, expanding player choice on the pitch across passing and set pieces:
• Incisive Through Pass – More accurate, leading ground through passes.
• Dead Ball – Revamped free kicks with greater bend and precision for players with the appropriate attributes and PlayStyle.
A refreshed visual experience gives the new season of FC Mobile an updated look and feel, elevating match presentation across the gameplay HUD, loading screens, player indicators and other elements throughout the experience. Beyond the FC Mobile 27 Season Update, MLS (Major League Soccer) action continues in EA SPORTS FC Mobile on October 10, 2026 when players worldwide can watch Vancouver Whitecaps FC take on Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) live at 7:30 pm PT / 10:30 pm ET (October 11, 2026, 10:30 am PHT/HKT/SGT) through the in-game FCM TV portal. As part of EA SPORTS FC’s collaboration with Major League Soccer and Apple TV, fans can tune into the live in-game simulcast and be rewarded with in-game currency.
