For credit card holders who already enjoy earning cashback on everyday spending, getting another credit card shouldn’t mean giving up the rewards they already love. With Maya Credit Cards, you don’t have to stick to just one. Eligible Maya cardholders can now enjoy both the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card and the Maya Black Credit Card under one total credit limit. With a shared limit across both cards, cardholders can choose which one to use depending on the rewards they want to earn — whether that’s cashback they can use toward free groceries at Landers, or Maya Miles they can redeem for travel and lifestyle rewards.
Two Maya Credit Cards, One Shared Credit Limit
Having a shared limit means your available credit is shared across both cards. Instead of having a separate credit limit for each one, you have one total credit limit that you can use whichever card you choose. Purchases made on either card are deducted from the same total available credit. So having a second card doesn’t mean having another credit limit. It simply gives you more choice in how you use the credit already available to you, and how you want your spending to reward you.
Earn Cashback And Maya Miles
That choice comes down to what you want to get out of your spending. With the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card, you can earn 5% cashback at Landers Superstore, 2% cashback on dining, and 1% cashback on most other transactions. Your accumulated cashback can then be used toward purchases at Landers, turning the rewards you earn into free groceries. Meanwhile, the Maya Black Credit Card lets you earn up to 10x Maya Miles at Maya Black Preferred Merchants. Maya Miles can be redeemed for travel and lifestyle rewards, giving your everyday spending something different to work toward. Both cards can reward the spending you already do, just in different ways. Depending on what matters to you, you can choose to earn toward your next grocery run or build up Maya Miles for the travel and lifestyle rewards you want to enjoy.
Manage Both Credit Cards In One Place
Having more than one credit card doesn’t have to mean making your finances harder to manage. Cardholders can manage their Maya Credit Cards in the Maya app where they can track spending per card and see how much of their shared credit limit is still available. Each card also has its own Statement of Account so cardholders can clearly see their transactions and amount due for each card, making it easier to stay on top of spending and payments. This way, you get the flexibility of having multiple cards while still having a clear view of how much credit you have available and where your spending is going.
More Choice, Without The Extra Complexity
What you want from your credit card rewards can change along with your priorities. You might want to turn the cashback you earn into free groceries at Landers, or earn Maya Miles you can redeem for travel and lifestyle rewards. With a shared limit across Maya Credit Cards, eligible cardholders can choose the rewards that matter to them — giving them the best of both, all within one total credit limit.

Upgrading Your Maya Account Just Got Easier With ID-Less Verification

Upgrading your Maya account usually means having an ID ready. Now, you may be able to do it without one. Maya is making account upgrades simpler with ID-less verification, which lets eligible users verify their identity without taking a photo of or uploading a physical ID. All you need to start are details you already know, like your name and birthday. Behind the scenes, Maya checks these details against your National ID records through National ID eVerify, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)’s identity-verification service. Think fewer things to prepare, less information to fill out, and a more seamless way to get your Maya account upgraded. Here’s what to expect:
Step 1: No ID on hand? Start with your name and birthday
When prompted, simply enter your name and birthday. Maya will check these against your National ID records through National ID eVerify. Have your National ID number memorized or saved? You can use that instead. Once your details are successfully verified, there’s no physical ID to photograph or upload.
Step 2: Take a quick video selfie
Next, take a quick video selfie to help confirm your identity. It works together with your National ID verification as part of the identity checks needed to upgrade your account.
Step 3: Fill in only what’s missing
Rather than asking you to enter information that can already be verified, Maya will only ask for additional details if they’re needed.
And that’s it: no digging through your wallet for an ID, no taking a photo of one, and less information to type in. What happens if Maya can’t verify your information through National ID eVerify? You can simply continue with the regular ID-upload process without having to start over. The experience may feel lighter on your end, but the necessary safeguards continue behind the scenes. Maya still performs applicable identity verification, screening, and other regulatory checks. AI and automation help handle routine verification work while cases that need closer attention are routed for human review. So when it’s time to upgrade your Maya account, you may already have what you need to get started: your name, your birthday, and a quick video selfie. No ID required.
