beabadoobee has released her hugely anticipated and already-acclaimed new album Pylon, available to stream and buy in digital, CD and vinyl formats via Dirty Hit / Interscope Records. Pylon, the follow up to beabadoobee’s UK number 1 record This Is How Tomorrow Moves, is an album that is more wide-ranging and complex than anything that she has ever put out – a tannic rock record that is, at various points, angry, lonesome, ecstatic, depressed and deeply, pathologically in love.
The album is heralded by new single ‘Write Me A Letter’, a thrumming indie-rock track featuring production work from Beatrice Laus’ longtime collaborators and labelmates Matty Healy and George Daniel of The 1975. The song is about, says Laus: “seeing my fault in situations, but also admitting things that I would be too embarrassed to say out loud.” ‘Write Me A Letter’ is the kind of song she needed, not wanted, to get out and this album proved the perfect vessel. “I had to write these songs on tour or between tours because I had to understand what was going on in my head. It’s this idea of letting go and accepting change. When I was on tour, I was yearning for something, and it made me think: How do I make myself feel comfortable? What does it mean to grow up? I was just missing how things were,” says beabadoobee. The songs in the album, including the singles ‘Memories’, ‘Switchblade’, and ‘Sun Has Set’, are raw and sometimes uncomfortably real, recalling the Laus who poured her life into songs as a teenager for the world to hear. She says it’s the result of writing alone in hotel rooms, which “reminded her a lot of how she wrote songs at 17, alone in her bedroom, feeling sad as ever”. The album features contributions from a host of artists that teenage Bea could then only dream of collaborating with but now finds as peers, including Hayley Williams, Turnstile singer Brendan Yates, Pinegrove’s Evan Stephens Hall, Deftones’ Chino Moreno and Title Fight’s Shane Moran. But there are no clear answers, and that’s the point — Laus is, emphatically, past the time in which she thought she could ever have everything figured out. Pylon, for all its turbulent emotions, kind of celebrates that not knowing; its brilliance suggests that sitting with uncertainty can create something immense.
beabadoobee celebrated the release of Pylon with a string of intimate release shows in London, she then returned to North America to kick off the Powerlines Tour, her first ever arena run, taking in shows across the continent, before coming to the UK and Europe this autumn-winter. The Powerlines Tour promoted by Live Nation kicked off last October 1, 2026 at Connecticut's Mohegan Sun Arena and includes stops at The Kia Forum, The O2 Arena and more. For more information on the beabadoobee Powerlines Tour and how to purchase tickets for the said tour, visit beabadoobee.com. Born in the Philippines and raised in London, Beatrice Laus emerged as a British alternative music icon across three acclaimed albums and five EPs. She has garnered multiple BRIT Award and BBC Sound Of nominations, and won NME’s Radar award, whilst amassing over 10 billion streams worldwide and more than 12 million followers across her social channels. This Is How Tomorrow Moves became her first record to reach number 1 on the UK Official Album Chart in 2024, following her Top 10 albums Fake It Flowers (which reached number 8) in 2020 and 2022’s Beatopia (#4). Earlier this year, beabadoobee released the one-off single ‘All I Did Was Dream Of You’, teaming up with Grammy-nominated Best New Artist The Marías, the result of a longtime mutual creative admiration between María Zardoya and Bea.

Jasmine Yen Unleashes The Shadow With New Single “SWEAT”

Jasmine Yen is stepping into the spotlight — and the shadows — with her stunning new single “SWEAT”, available now on all major digital music streaming platforms. A dark pop tour de force, the track ushers in a bold new era for the artist, fusing theatrical grandeur, fashion-forward attitude, and visceral, unbridled emotion into a sound that is as captivating as it is unsettling.
“SWEAT” is not just a song — it’s a statement. Built on brooding synths, a thundering bassline, and Jasmine’s sultry, commanding vocals, the track channels the mystique of dark pop icons while carving out a lane entirely her own. Haunting yet danceable, vulnerable yet fierce, the single explores themes of desire, obsession, and the intoxicating rush of losing control — all delivered with the polish and precision of a performer born for the stage. “I wanted ‘SWEAT’ to feel like a runway show — beautiful, dark, and a little dangerous. Every sound, every lyric, every visual is meant to transport you into a world that’s heightened, theatrical, and unapologetically fashion-forward. This is the most honest I’ve ever been,” says Jasmine. The accompanying music video is directed by Erik He (YEONJUN, Claudia Valentina) and shot on location in Stockholm. An intimate yet electrifying visual experience set entirely indoors against stark, atmospheric backdrops, the video places the spotlight squarely on Jasmine’s raw physicality and emotional intensity. Driven by fluid choreography, spontaneous improvisation, and uninhibited self-expression, every movement is a release — a visceral outpouring of feeling that mirrors the song’s pulsating, dark energy. From controlled, sharp dance sequences to moments of instinctive, free-flowing motion, Jasmine bares herself completely, using her body as an instrument of storytelling. Styled in sculptural, high-fashion looks that cut through the shadowy interiors, she commands every frame with the presence of a seasoned performer, channeling Stockholm’s reputation as a global fashion and design capital into every carefully crafted visual.
The release of “SWEAT” marks a significant artistic evolution for the 22-year-old singer-songwriter — and her first major release as an independent artist. Moving beyond the teenage introspection of her debut album Tbh and the wistful nostalgia of her 2024 hit “Forever 19”, Jasmine embraces a darker, more mature sonic identity, now with full creative control over her vision. Her journey — from winning a half-scholarship to Berklee College of Music to seeing “Forever 19” rank among RTHK’s Top Ten International Gold Songs — has led to this pivotal moment of artistic liberation. Jasmine reflects, “Going independent has given me the freedom to take risks and be completely unapologetic about what I want to create. ‘SWEAT’ is the truest representation of who I am right now — expressive, theatrical, and completely free. This is just the beginning.” With its runway-ready energy, cinematic ambition, and fearless creative vision, “SWEAT” sets the stage for an electrifying new chapter in Jasmine Yen’s career — on her own terms.

Multi-platinum, chart-topping, award-winning artist Lil Nas X has returned with his first single in a year and a half, the triumphant and deeply personal “World’s Greatest”, out now worldwide on digital music streaming platforms via Columbia Records.
Montero first announced the song with a personal message from his late mother Tamikia Hill to whom he dedicates the song and accompanying video. In a touching voicemail, she encourages her son to “walk by faith, not by sight”, to “never give up”, and reminds him that everything will work itself out. Alongside the message, Montero shared, “‘Walk by faith, not by sight’ was my mom’s favorite phrase to say. As I move through life it resonates more and more.” The song finds Montero reflecting on his journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of the most recognizable artists in the world. Written entirely by Lil Nas X and produced by C.WRAY and Steve Rusch, “World’s Greatest” is both a celebration of how far he has come and a reminder to keep moving forward when the path gets difficult. The song moves between vulnerability and celebration, acknowledging the moments of sadness and defeat while ultimately landing on an undeniable declaration: “I’m a champion.” The accompanying video, which was filmed in his hometown of Atlanta and directed by Phillip Youmans, brings that journey to life through a poignant meeting of Montero’s past and present. Memories of his childhood unfold alongside scenes of his present-day life, creating a visual conversation between the young boy who dreamed of more and the artist he has become. As the pressures of the present begin to take their toll, the past becomes a source of strength, culminating in a powerful reminder of the person at the heart of it all.
“World’s Greatest” marks Lil Nas X’s first release since March 2025 and arrives as a new chapter in the story of an artist who has continually challenged expectations, blurred cultural boundaries and reshaped the possibilities of modern pop stardom. From the record-breaking success of “Old Town Road” to MONTERO, his critically acclaimed debut album, and hits including “INDUSTRY BABY”, “MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)”, and “THAT’S WHAT I WANT”, Lil Nas X has built a career defined by cultural impact, fearless self-expression and an ability to turn deeply personal experiences into moments that resonate around the world. With “World’s Greatest”, Montero turns inward, looking back at the journey that brought him here while reminding himself and anyone listening to keep believing in what comes next.
