Prime Video tips off its second season of NBA on Prime with a season-long schedule of marquee matchups including exclusive coverage of the Eastern Conference Finals. In addition, Prime Video will feature immersive broadcast innovations headlined by Amazon's AI-driven Prime 360 highlight technology and a personalized fantasy basketball integration with Yahoo Sports.

The 2026-2027 NBA on Prime season begins with a doubleheader on October 24 featuring the reigning World Champion New York Knicks vs. the Boston Celtics at 7:00 am PHT followed by the Houston Rockets vs. the Western Conference Champion San Antonio Spurs in Austin at 9:30 am PHT with coverage starting at 6:30 am PHT. The season features can't-miss matchups throughout including five consecutive Emirates NBA Cup Group Stage doubleheaders starting October 31 and culminating on November 28 (Black Friday in the US), coverage of the Emirates NBA Cup 2026 Knockout Rounds closing out with the Championship Game on December 12 from Butler University's historic Hinkle Fieldhouse, and Victor Wembanyama's homecoming in the NBA Paris Game on January 15. Prime Video's postseason coverage extends deeper than ever with the SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament returning in April exclusively, select first- and second-round playoff games, and Prime's first-ever exclusive presentation of the Eastern Conference Finals. Wraparound coverage begins 30 minutes before every gameday with NBA on Prime Pregame live from Amazon Studios in Culver City, followed by The Half at halftime. Each gameday will culminate with NBA Nightcap, a one-hour postgame show. Between doubleheaders, Prime will bridge games with The Crossover. NBA on Prime studio coverage is anchored by Taylor Rooks alongside analysts and legends of the game such as Dirk Nowitzki, Blake Griffin, Udonis Haslem, John Wall, and Kyle Lowry. Steve Nash, Dwyane Wade, and Candace Parker will also appear in studio throughout the 2026-27 season, alternating with game analyst assignments. Ian Eagle, Kevin Harlan, Michael Grady, and Eric Collins return as play-by-play announcers this season. Stan Van Gundy, Brent Barry, Dell Curry, and Jim Jackson will provide commentary with Cassidy Hubbarth, Allie Clifton, Kristina Pink, and JayDee Dyer reporting from the sideline.

Immersive Technological Enhancements
This season, Prime Video elevates the viewing experience for fans with new levels of innovation and interactivity.
Prime 360: NBA on Prime's coverage this season will be complemented by a breakthrough technology called Prime 360 which utilizes an array of high-resolution cameras positioned around the court. The multidimensional footage is then instantly processed through proprietary AI-powered models to generate immersive and cinematic highlights that traditional cameras cannot replicate. Prime 360 will be available in-game and as an analysis tool during pregame, halftime and postgame coverage for select NBA on Prime broadcasts. Built through a unique collaboration between Prime Video producers, engineers, AI scientists, and leveraging the power of AWS Trainium AI chips, Prime 360 is the latest example of Prime Video's continuous integration of next- generation technology to bring fans closer to the action.
Prime Vision and Prime Insights: The innovative alternate stream returns for select games throughout the upcoming NBA on Prime season. The stream provides distinctive viewpoints from multiple camera angles, on-screen graphic overlays, a scorebug identifying every player on the floor with data-driven stats, and more. Prime Vision also serves as a laboratory for Prime Insights, the suite of AI-powered broadcast enhancements, many of which advance to the main broadcast. Returning Prime Insights include identifying offensive players in an advantageous position to score, highlighting certain defensive coverages when defending on-ball screens, and real-time advanced stats throughout the game including catch-and-shoot and off-the-dribble three-point percentage, dribbles prior to shot, pace across half court, and more.
NBA on Prime also continues to deliver a comprehensive suite of interactive and personalized features that give fans more control over how they watch and engage.
Personalized fantasy team integration with Yahoo Sports: Prime Video is expanding its suite of personalized viewing options with a new fantasy basketball integration in partnership with Yahoo Sports, the official season-long fantasy partner of the NBA. When a fan links their Prime Video profile to their Yahoo Fantasy account, their season-long fantasy basketball roster will be displayed on screen to track real-time fantasy stats and matchups. In addition, fans will have access to a personalized discovery experience, highlighting live and upcoming games featuring players relevant to their fantasy matchups. The integration reduces the need to toggle between apps or second screens, bringing fantasy tracking into a single, seamless experience while watching both the NBA on Prime and NBA League Pass on Prime Video.
Fully-Customizable Multiview: Allows viewers with access to Prime Video, NBA League Pass, and additional subscriptions to simultaneously watch a combination of games across devices.
Shop The Game: Amazon's fan-fueled shopping experience for official NBA merchandise and game-day fashion.
Key Moments: Proprietary AI models curate the most exciting plays in real-time, allowing fans to access highlights on demand.
Stats: Provides real-time game stats, including league standings, playoff brackets, team, and player info, all without ever leaving the live game.
Rapid Recap: An AI-powered highlight reel that quickly brings fans up to speed in two minutes or less when joining a game broadcast that is already in progress.
All NBA on Prime broadcasts are produced in native 1080p High Dynamic Range (HDR) video and 5.1 surround sound, delivering a next-level viewing experience for fans with vivid pictures and pitch-perfect audio. Additionally, Prime Video and Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology combine to create a proprietary, end-to-end livestreaming solution that delivers ultra-low latency, eliminates drift and ensures synchronization. Presentations on Prime Video feature unparalleled quality from the arena to the screen, with delivery speeds that match and often surpass what fans receive from cable and broadcast networks.

Aside from Prime Video, NBA games reach fans in the Philippines on-air thru One Sports and RPTV on free TV and NBA TV Philippines on pay TV via Cignal and Satlite and online via Disney+, Cignal Play, and NBA League Pass, the league’s premium live game subscription service available via the NBA App. Fans in the Philippines can follow the NBA’s localized social media accounts on Facebook, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter). Official NBA merchandise is available at the NBA Stores at GH Mall, SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall and at NBAStore.com.ph.
