Anyway, just like the F3 Plus, the OPPO F3's main selling feature is its dual front camera configuration where the 16 megapixel main camera is good for selfies while the secondary 8 megapixel camera has a wide angle lens that is specifically made for groupies. I'm sure that the brand's focus on creating the perfect groupie is starting to become a trend among younger social media users. With that said, here are the specs of the OPPO F3.
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ColorOS 3.0
- Mediatek MT6750T octa core processor
- 5.5-inch Full HD IPS capacitive multitouch display
- 4 GB of RAM
- 64 GB of internal storage
- Expandable memory up to 128 GB via microSD card
- 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash
- 16 megapixel + 8 megapixel front camera
- WiFi/Bluetooth/Fingerprint sensor
- Dual SIM, Dual standby
- 4G LTE/3G HSPA+ connectivity
- 3200 mAh battery
The OPPO F3 will be available in the Philippines starting May 13, 2017 with a suggested retail price of Php13,990.
Meanwhile, during the official launch of the F3, OPPO announced that its F1s is the best-selling smartphone in the country according to market and user experience research firm GfK. Rounding up the company's top 5 best-selling smartphone list are Samsung's Galaxy J7 and J7 Prime, OPPO Neo 7 and LG K5. You may have noticed that there are no locally-branded flagship smartphones on the list which is a bit sad in my case. But, what can you expect from consumers who want better for their own mobile device?
