Pop rock princess Yeng Constantino and "Chinita Princess" Kim Chiu are set to mark a new milestone in their respective careers as they will be performing alongside popular Chinese performers in the first ever Philippines-China Star Concert dubbed as "Nice To Meet You" which will take place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on January 17, 2018.

Produced by the Philippine Dragon Media Network (PDMN), the event is said to be the largest musical event to kick off the new year and aims to promote the music of both the Philippines and China to music-loving audiences. To make the affair possible, PDMN has partnered with Star Music and Cornerstone Entertainment to bring in local talents to perform with Chinese celebrity guests. By the way, these guest Chinese artists who will perform in the concert include G.E.M., Della Wu, Chief (Chao Chuan) and Da Zhuang.

Constantino's popular and nostalgic OPM hit "Ikaw" has its own Mandarin version. On the other hand, Kim Chiu had already done a few Chinese songs in the past such as "Peng Yu" and "Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo De Xin". She recently released her third album "Touch Of Your Love" under Star Music which is currently available in record bard and music stores nationwide. Anyway, aside from Yeng and Kim, the world-renouned Loboc Children's Choir from Bohol will also perform at the concert.

With that said, it looks like the "Nice To Meet You" friendship concert is one big event that will kick off 2018 for not only the Filipino-Chinese community, but of the two countries as well. Tickets for the event are available at all SM Tickets outlets nationwide and online via smtickets.com  as well as the Ground Floor Concierge of Lucky Chinatown Mall.
