The Outlets At Lipa, the biggest outlet shopping destination in Luzon,
is slated to open one of its unique and interesting amenities ahead of its full
impending opening and what better way to headline the important affair is to
have football teams from different colleges and universities throughout the
province of Batangas come together in a one-day one-of-a-kind event.
The Aboitiz Pitch, a unique synthetic-glass football field on a 9.3-hectare
outlet mall situated within the vicinity of the LIMA Technology Center between
Lipa City and the municipality of Malvar in Batangas, is set to open on the
23rd of June through the staging of a Football Festival where spectators can enjoy
seeing young BatangueƱo footballers in action. The new pitch is said to be the
largest turf field in the country due to its total playing service and will feature
shock absorption technology and synthetic grass that would make rainy-day
football plays more exciting minus the puddles.
Several football teams have already tested their stuff at the new turf
field prior to the upcoming one-day tourney, and it is intriguing for me to say
that I would be delighted if I can indulge on watching a wonderful day of
football in a field of our own. Oh, and while you're there and thinking of a
dinner break after watching a bunch of football games, then I suggest you stay
at The Outlets for another interesting opening - a month-long District Bazaar
plus an acoustic performances that can sooth your mind and soul while shopping
on the weekends.
