Following its fast-rising success in the battle royale genre, video
game publisher Electronic Arts (EA) is planning to bring its latest sleeper hit
Apex Legends to Android and iOS mobile
devices in the near future. Once it becomes possible, the game will probably be competing against
the likes of PUBG Mobile and Fortnite in the mobile gaming scene.
EA is currently negotiating with several gaming developers across
different parts of the globe for the development of Apex Legends' mobile
version. Upon learning this interesting development from various local and
international gaming news sources, many gaming enthusiasts are hopeful that
most of Apex Legends' elements including characters, maps, weapons and game
modes are in the mobile version while some assumingly express that they don't
want to hinder their excitement with microtransactions once the game becomes
available on Google Play and iOS App Store soon.
Developed by Respawn Entertainment, Apex Legends is a third-person
shooter game set three decades after the events of Titanfall 2 with various
features and elements that are normally found in battle royale games such as
PUBG, Rules of Survival and Fortnite as well as unique character classes,
wonderfully impressive environment and a thrilling multiplayer experience to
boot. The game received mostly positive reception from gaming critics and has gained
at least ten million registered players from around the globe within a week or
two since its release.
Anyway, Apex Legends is available on Windows PC via EA Origin, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. While waiting for the mobile version, those who have the game on
their computers can enjoy fragging up against millions around the world.
Otherwise, you may enjoy some Apex Legends plays on your favorite YouTube or
Twitch streamer before deciding to try it out for yourself.
