One of the biggest mobile eSports leagues in the country today, Mobile Legends
Bang Bang Professional League Philippines - is now entering on its fourth
season and it has already kicked off with a series of online and offline qualifiers
where aspiring professional gamers can test their skills and mettle for an
opportunity to compete against some of the best squads in the country. However,
it won't be easy for those who have survived these rounds.
The top two teams by the end of the offline qualifiers will earn
themselves a golden ticket to the regular season of MPL Philippines where they
get to compete the top eight teams of the previous season which include SGD Omega,
Execration, No Limit, Ownage, EVOS PH, Cignal Ultra, Bren eSports and defending
champion ArkAngel. The regular season is set to begin on August 10, 2019 and
will end on September 15, 2019 where the top eight teams at the end of the
season proper will advance to the Season 4 playoffs with a prize pool of
Php100,000 at stake.
The Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines Season 4 playoffs will
take place inside the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in
Pasay City and is set for October 4-6, 2019. The three-day affair will
determine which of the eight teams will become victorious, win the prestigious
MPL PH title and take home the grand cash prize of Php25,000. Meanwhile, the first
runner-up will take home Php13,000 while the other runners-up will be
delightfully satisfied with the cash prizes of Php6,000 and Php4,000,
respectively. Consolation prizes of Php2,000 (for 5th and 6th placers) and
Php1,000 (for 7th and 8th placers) will await for the other four teams who have
made it farther throughout the competition.
Many aspiring professional mobile gamers and their squadmates may be
disappointed that the fourth season of MPL Philippines has already started, but
they can have the chance to get the knowledge from their favorite Mobile Legends
teams throughout the regular season if they want to prepare for the next season
and get the opportunity to showcase their MLBB skills and tactics. For more
