Jollibee opened the doors of its first Level Up Joy store within Petron
SLEX in San Pablo, Laguna last December 18, 2019 which can cater to the popular
fastfood chain's southbound customers. Apart from its fresh and modern
aesthetic, Jollibee's Level Up Joy Store is now making waves because of its
innovative features that provide an unpredecented customer dining and service
experience. Among them is its most notable feature which makes the store
arguably the first in the Philippines and in Asia - a dual-lane drive-thru.
Jollibee Petron SLEX Southbound's levelled up take on its drive-thru puts
customers' convenience at the forefront by featuring end-to-end innovations that
significantly cut waiting time starting at how dedicated ordering, payment and
pick-up counters in every lane. Service at these lanes were then made more
efficient with a food conveyor system, an automated overhead belt that deliver
one's favorite meals from inside the kitchen straight to the pick-up counters
at drive-thru, and a drive-thru sensor system, an analytics platform that
monitors waiting time and service speed and literally helps employees to
improve their performance in the store. These innovations are already
implemented in 200 Jollibee stores nationwide with more to be sported in the
coming months.
On the other hand, inside the Level Up Joy Store are self-order kiosks
that reduce one's time spent in line by tapping any Jollibee favorite on the
screen to complete one's order as well as integrated multiple payment options (cash,
credit card, Paymaya, Happy Plus card). It also sports special tables with
built-in wireless charging where customers can place their mobile device on the
pad while eating. Add the warm signature Alagang Jollibee service and your favorite
Jollibee meals, and you've got a grand total customer experience at Jollibee
Level Up Joy Store Petron SLEX Southbound.
