Culture as a shared experience is, without question, among the casualties of COVID-19's onslaught around the world. And as staying at home continues to be encouraged, the Korean Cultural Center of the Philippines made K-culture more accessible by utilizing the Internet to serve vibrant, unique and diverse experiences through "Korea At Home". In place of the crowded and physical events, "Korea At Home" brings musical performances, food, arts, pop culture, movies, museum exhibits and tours to the screens of K-culture enthusiasts for them to enjoy anytime while staying safe at home.

Launched last June 16th on KCC-PH's official Facebook page, "Korea At Home" has been living up to its promise of offering various options for those who are interested in and loyal to Korean culture. The live-streamed events follow the regular programming consisting of arts, music, performance, food, museum and exhibitions. The month of July is slated to be bigger and brighter for "Korea At Home" as K-culture buffs can look forward to the most favorite films of highly-acclaimed director Bong Joon-Ho courtesy of Korea Film Archives. Meanwhile, additional categories including K-pop, quiz bees, contests and video tutorials are set to be included in "Korea At Home" on August.

As the world heals from the pandemic, KCC-PH will continue to reinvent and adapt to the times through "Korea At Home" and other online events to ensure that K-culture will continuously shine bright and sow seeds of hope and inspiration through information and entertainment.
