The National Hockey League (NHL) and DAZN recently announced a multi-year strategic partnership which will see DAZN become the exclusive home of NHL.TV in nearly 200 countries beginning with the 2025-26 season. As the exclusive destination for live and on-demand coverage of every NHL game – including the Stanley Cup Playoffs and Stanley Cup Final – NHL.TV will move from its current service to DAZN, a world-leading sports entertainment platform. Existing NHL.TV subscribers will receive further details on the migration in the coming months. 

Under the new partnership, NHL.TV will be available on DAZN as a standalone subscription or as an add-on to existing DAZN packages across markets of operation in nearly 200 countries around the world excluding the U.S., Canada, and the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden). NHL.TV will be promoted and integrated across the DAZN platform to its fast-growing base of more than 120 million registered sport enthusiasts. Fans will be able to access NHL.TV on any device on which DAZN is available, including smart TVs, mobile devices, tablets, and gaming consoles, providing maximum flexibility. Red Bull Half Court Returns To PH For New Season With Cebu, Davao, Manila Qualifiers

Get your squads ready as Red Bull Half Court returns to the Philippines for a brand-new season filled with unmatched energy, raw determination, and high-stakes action. The biggest 3-on-3 streetball tournament becomes the ultimate battlefield for rising local talent as they vie for a chance to represent the Philippines at the Red Bull Half Court World Final, set to take place in the UAE on November. In partnership with FILA and Spalding, Red Bull Half Court will hold qualifier rounds across five continents and over 20 participating countries including South Africa, Norway, and Kosovo as the rookies.

All Set For Third Edition Of PTTF Intercollegiate And Interscholastic Challenge

The Philippine Table Tennis Federation Inc. (PTTF) Intercollegiate and Interscholastic Challenge rolls off on August 29-31, 2025 at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay Home Court. Now in its third edition, the tournament has become one of the most anticipated events in the table tennis community where the best college and high school teams from different leagues compete against each other across 14 events. 

“Last year, we had around 600 participants. This time, we are looking at an even bigger number of participants. This is the third season and this is the biggest intercollegiate, interscholastic event in the country in the post-pandemic era were different university, colleges, and schools from different leagues meet in one big event to test who is the best in the country,” said PTTF secretary general Pong Ducanes. University of Santo Tomas captured seven titles in last year’s competition with Eljay Tormis among the winners by ruling the College Men’s Singles division. The tournament is backed by Topcoms Marketing (official distributor of Mizuno Shoes), Lamtex, Akari, Huaching Foundation, Cara Celine Dormtel, Gold Cross Security Agency, Aero Technologies Solutions OPC, Osmium Group Marketing Inc., Gatorade, Philippine Sports Commission, Philippine Olympic Committee, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The college division will have eight events in the Men’s Team – Division 1, Women’s Team – Division 1, Men’s Team – Division 2, Women’s Team – Division 2, Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, and Women’s Doubles. 

The high school division in the tournament also supported by Dino Jalandoni, Eric Ongkauko, Bombit Silva, and Mark Andrew Flores will have the following events: Boys’ Team, Girls’ Team, Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys’ Doubles, and Girls’ Doubles. Cash prizes, gift certificates, trophies, and medals are at stake in the three-day competition.
