For nearly three decades, Cebu Pacific Air (CEB) has been more than just an airline; it has been a bridge between islands and an enabler of milestones. To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the carrier is introducing a vibrant new symbol of hope to the skies: the “Dreamer Plane”. This special A321neo livery is a tribute to the millions of Filipinos who view travel as a primary life aspiration. Here is everything you need to know about the aircraft where “dreams fly”.

The “Dreamer Plane” isn’t just a fresh coat of paint; it is a piece of flying art. Cebu Pacific collaborated with Happy Garaje, a renowned Cebu-based artistic duo, to bring the vision to life. By choosing local creatives, the airline continues its mission to showcase Filipino excellence on the global stage. The design utilizes Cebu Pacific’s iconic palette comprising of Sky and Ocean Blue colors, representing the vast horizons and seas that connect the archipelago, and Sunny Yellow and Tropical Green, reflecting the vibrant energy of the Philippines and its lush destinations. At the heart of the livery is a character known as Dreamer Girl. She serves as a universal symbol for every passenger — from the Overseas Filipino Worker returning home to the first-time flyer finally seeing the clouds from above. She embodies the curiosity and courage it takes to explore the world. While the exterior boasts a whimsical new look, the aircraft remains a powerhouse of efficiency, supporting Cebu Pacific’s fleet modernization goals. The Dreamer Plane, delivered from Hamburg, Germany, is expected to enter commercial service later this year. Because it will be deployed across various Philippine gateways and nearby regional routes, passengers from all over the country will have the chance to spot the “Dreamer Girl” in person.

The “Dreamer Plane” reinforces Cebu Pacific’s core mission of democratizing air travel. By keeping flights affordable and accessible, the airline has spent 30 years turning the “dream of flying” into a reality for people of all social and economic backgrounds. Whether you are a seasoned traveler or planning your very first trip, the Dreamer Plane stands as a reminder that the sky is no longer a limit — it’s an invitation. Meanwhile, Cebu Pacific releases the official music video for the 30th anniversary original soundtrack (OST) “Where Dreams Fly”. Celebrating the artistry and enduring love of Pinoys for Original Pilipino Music (OPM), the song is performed by Filipino pop/alternative rock band Over October and reflects the airline’s long-standing commitment to making air travel accessible to Filipinos. “This song is our love letter to all dreamers, reassuring them that Cebu Pacific will always be here as they take a step towards their dreams. Whether you’re flying to your dream destination, dream job, or dream adventure, Cebu Pacific will take you there. As the lyrics go, ‘Liliparin natin and mundo, ikaw at ako.’,” said CEB Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog.

The music video echoes CEB’s belief that travel is not just about reaching places, but about opening doors to possibilities. It encourages listeners to move forward with confidence, knowing they have a reliable partner in their journey as they create new memories, pursue opportunities, and spend time with loved ones. Drawing from personal moments that resonate with listeners, the band brings authenticity to the OST that mirrors the airline’s long-standing connection with its customers.
