ABS-CBN’s girl group BINI soared to new heights as the first Filipino group to take the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival stage during their debut performance last April 10 in the United States (April 11 in the Philippines), marking a landmark moment for OPM on the global stage. They performed a total of 10 songs during their 45-minute set time at the Mojave stage of the festival held in Indio, California that drew music fans from all over the world.
The nation’s girl group opened the show with “Shagidi” followed by “Zero Pressure” and “Out Of My Head”. They also performed Filipino hits “Karera” and “Salamin, Salamin”, followed by “Blink Twice” and “Cherry on Top”. The audience got to see their first live performance of their new song “Blush”, followed by “Bikini”, and their final number, “Pantropiko”. Between performances, BINI members Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena also expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to represent the Philippines in one of the world’s biggest music festivals. “We are so grateful to be here to represent the Philippines on a global stage and to share with you guys our music,” said Aiah. Maloi shared, “Being here with all of you has been the sweetest ‘cherry on top’ of our journey so far.” Overwhelming support from viewers poured in before, during, and after the performance, which was livestreamed via the Coachella YouTube channel.

BINI Drops New EP “Signals”

Ahead of their much talked about and highly-praised Coachella debut, BINI officially enters a new global chapter, expanding their sound and presence in the global stage, with the fresh release of their new EP “Signals” featuring the key track “Blush” which is slated to be an anthem for a summer-crush, depicting the sound of butterflies in a song and evoking the heart-racing feeling when someone special walks into the room. It was composed by Greg Shilling, Amanda Ratchford, Lindgren, Shintaro Yasuda, as well as ABS-CBN Music artists Gello Marquez and Francesca ‘Cesca’ Mahusay. The “Signals” EP, now available worldwide on digital music streaming platforms, includes new songs “Tic Tac Toe”, “Sugar Rush”, and “Step Back” as well as previously released singles “Unang Kilig” and “Honey Honey”. “Signals” is built on the idea that love expresses itself in many forms, felt through moments and connections. Each track captures a different signal of love, from the first spark to self-confidence and self-expression. BINI Docuseries Now On Netflix

Further expanding its global presence is BINI's three-part docuseries, “BINI Docuseries”, now available worldwide on Netflix. Produced by ABS-CBN News, the 2025 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards–recognized docuseries reflects high-quality production and storytelling, underscoring BINI’s growing international impact. The “BINI Docuseries” provides an intimate look into BINI’s journey, from their early struggles and sacrifices to their breakthrough as the Nation’s Girl Group. It also highlights the rigorous training of members Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena, as well as the challenges they overcame to establish themselves in the music industry. The agreement was concluded by ABS-CBN’s International Sales Division and forms part of the company’s global distribution strategy as many of its drama series have also been licensed by Netflix.
