The Manila Masters 2017 is just a few weeks away, but Mineski does not want to have the Philippines being left out in the highly-anticipated e-sports tournament hitting our shores by summer. So, its events team formally announced a multi-phase event that will determine who will represent the Philippines in the prestigious DOTA 2 tilt named "The Pinoy Tour".

The Pinoy Tour begins on March 18 with the nationwide branch and online qualifiers which will also be held on March 19, 25 and 26 where the winners of these qualifiers will move on to the pre-playoffs.

In the pre-playoffs, sixteen teams will be competing in a group-based format on May 3 and 4. From there, only four will duke it out in the main playoffs on May 5 and 6 against top local DOTA 2 teams TNC, Execration, Happy Feet and Mineski for the solo spot in the Manila Masters 2017, which will be held on May 26 to 28 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
