We
all love playing video games since our childhood years, but sometimes it is
hard for any of us to let go of our gaming pleasure due to the call of our own
duties and responsibilities. On the other hand, there are those who are
spending most of their time indulging on finishing their favorite games only to
realize what they have done which could affect their own lives.
Those
who are experiencing such dilemma should be concerned not only for their own
welfare but also their physical and mental health as they are suffering from a
gaming disorder, and it looks like the dilemma has caught the attention of the
World Health Organization (WHO) and is considered a serious case for the likes
of us to watch out for. This means while playing video games are fun and
delightful, spending a day or two of them will have serious consequences on
their productivity and well-being.
So,
how are we going to get away with a gaming disorder but can't let go of our
indulgement in playing video games? Well, the solution is pretty simple and
effective if you're a bit or much of a gamer or fanatic. Just limit yourself in
playing video games and spend some of your time for rest, recreation and work.
Indulging for a short amount of time will have minimal effect on your well-being,
but it can help you keep a positive vibe during the day.
