The official teaser of Philippine television's biggest action-fantasy
drama series to hit 2018 and the newest commercial from one of the most popular
fastfood chains in the Philippines today have literally impressed and charmed
the online world, and Filipino netizens can't get enough of talking about these
videos as the two continue to trend on social media.
A week before Valentine's Day, ABS-CBN and Star Creatives have officially released the teaser for their upcoming primetime series "Bagani" which stars Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano and it looks like many netizens were unexpectedly wowed and delighted by everything in the teaser - from a marvelous pre-colonial setting to an unusual but highly intriguing storyline, from a mythological atmosphere to an all-star ensemble. Just watch the teaser below and you'll find out for yourself why it is one to watch out for on the small screens in 2018.
By the way, the teaser you are watching has reached one million views
on Facebook just 24 hours after its release. "Bagani" is set to
premiere on March 5, 2018 replacing "La Luna Sangre" on ABS-CBN's
Primetime Bida block.
A few days later, popular global fastfood chain McDonalds has released
its newest television commercial entitled "Kumusta Ka", and what
makes it a charm and delight to watch is that the new McDo TVC stars the
phenomenal 80s on-screen tandem of Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion which has
already make young and old netizens shriek in delight and chills even before
the TVC was released. With that in mind, just watch the commercial below of you
want to feel the love.
The Sharon-Gabby McDo TVC has been viewed on Facebook more than six million
times and counting and received mostly overwhelming reception from Filipino
netizens with some clamoring for a reunion movie featuring the two. Heck, it
even made a veteran actress cry and eventually reached the eyes and ears of our
current Philippine President. This makes me think and realize that the impact
of the Sharon-Gabby tandem in the short TVC may be beyond its former glory, and
I thank McDonalds for that.
Oh, and since it's Valentine's Day, I recommend you to take your date
to a McDo branch near your place and have yourselves two orders of 1-pc. Chicken
McDo with rice, regular McDo fries and drink for only Php99 each to indulge and
feel the love with each other as if you are Sharon and Gabby.
