Asia's Next Top Model, which is highly-regarded as the longest-running
and most successful regional adapted TV series in the history of Asia today, is
making its grand return for a sixth season that is expected to be filled with
fashion, drama and meticulous competitions all around. Headlining the reality
TV series' latest season is probably the fiercest and most diverse lineup of women
coming from ten different countries across the region including the
Philippines.
As announced by FOX Networks Group Asia and FOX Life a few days ago, the
fourteen females who are vying to become Asia's Next Top Model are as follows: Adela-Mae
Marshall, Beauty (Thet Thet Thinn), Dana Slosar, Hody Yim, Iko Bustomi, Jachin
Manere, Jesslyn Lim, Lena Saetiao, Mia Sabathy, Pim Bubear, Rubini Sambanthan,
Sharnie Fenn, and Yi Han Si. Each contestant has her own beauty, identity and
background that would guide them to their own glory.
Asian supermodel Cindy Bishop will make her stunning return to the
franchise as the season's host, while renouned fashion photographer Yu Tsai
will help the aspiring models towards their journey as the show's creative
director. Old and new fans of the series can expect numerous ANTM alumni including
Season 3's Monika Sta. Maria as well as Shikin Gomez and Nguyen Min Tanh from
Season 5. Oh, and in case you missed the previous season, it was the Philippines'
own Maureen Wroblewitz who won the said edition so Filipino viewers can expect
more from the two representing the country and eventually follow their own
journey throughout the course of the series.
