Tawag ng Tanghalan Wins Big

One of It's Showtime's flagship segments has literally cemented its own
reputation as one of the most successful amateur singing competitions in the
Philippines today as it won big in the 2018 Best Choice Awards including the
Most Successful Singing-Talent Competition in the Philippines award. On the other
hand, TNT Season 1 grand champion Noven Belleza and finalist Marielle Montellano
were recipients of the Best Choice Award for Best New Male and Female Singing Artist respectively.
Now on its third year, Tawag Ng Tanghalan on It's Showtime continues to
discover fresh and new singing voices from different parts of the country and
produce international sensations such as the TNT Boys and Rachel Gabreza. The
show made its own mark in history with the creation of the record label TNT
Records which aims to produce new and unique sounds from some of the finest
talents that have stepped on the TNT stage and eventually made their own name
in the Philippine music scene.

MNL48 Releases Music Video
For "Talutot Ng Sakura"

MNL48, the Philippines' premiere all-female pop idol group and sister
group of the globally phenomenal Japanese pop idol group AKB48, has officially
launched and released the music video for its second single "Talutot Ng
Sakura" which is the Filipino translation of one of the ladder's popular
songs. The song which will be included in their upcoming self-titled album is
said to be an homage to AKB48 and its overwhelming prowess that capture the hearts
of fans around the world.
