The
city of Lipa is well on its way to become a potential lifestyle hub not only in
the province of Batangas, but also in Southern Luzon as well. Fortunately, the
city has one more intriguing reason why it should remain keen on being an
emerging lifestyle hub and that is something that it would be proud of when it
comes to modern living.
Shared
by LipeƱo blogger Arven Bravo through Lipa Status on Facebook, the City For All
Seasons is hailed by online international travel and lifestyle site Culture
Trip as one of the ten best places to live and enjoy when staying in the Philippines
along with the likes of Baguio, Tagaytay, Cebu, Davao, the city of Sta. Rosa in
Laguna and Makati (the only city in Metro Manila on the list) among others. According
to the website, Lipa is perfect for those who decides to live in Batangas
especially senior citizens due to its cool climate and high elevation as well
as its unhindered accessibility to the province's natural wonders and even the
nation's capital of Manila.
This
surprisingly interesting citation from an online travel site is the latest addition
to ths city's cap of recognitions aside from being the Little Rome of the
Philippines for its overwhelming bevy of miraculously phenomenal occurrances
that happened there and a Next Wave City by the Department of Information and
Communications Technology (DICT) which makes the city an essential destination
for local and international BPO companies to do business. These unquestionable
number of achievements and its strong stand of being a potential lifestyle hub
could probably make living well and dandy in the city beyond what we usually
feel about it and that feels satisfying in my case.
As
the city continues to attract more modern lifestyle hubbies who want to get a
fresh taste of what it's like being outside of Manila, I was curious to know
how long it takes for a city like Lipa and others to make a fairer and dandier
life for its residents more particularly those who are new to the city and
living in one of its residential developments sprawling around far from the
hustle and bustle. Anyway, if cool climate and high elevation is not enough for
you to savor the city's natural splendor, then I recommend you to visit it
during the Feast of San Sebastian while you can and discover it for yourself.
Heck, maybe you can tap me as your guide to the city since I live and grew up
here.
