have made a mark in the brewing local music scene.
Every

around the globe. Its listeners are beyond curious and always open in expanding
their taste in music by discovering their next new favorites from a vast range
of artists, songs and genres for them to explore. For users who are aged

and somewhat unexpected taste for discovery. And with more than 50 million tracks
in customized and curated playlists and a well personalized user experience,

Based
on Spotify's data, millennials in Asia are bopping away to the hottest Korean
pop hits and some of the freshest K-pop idols and bands. The likes of rookie band
ITZY as well as Spotify's Early Noise 2019 feature TOMORROW X TOGETHER can be
found within the most discovered artists list across Singapore, Malaysia,
Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. In the Philippines, more
than 85 percent of the artists being discovered on the service are OPM artists more
particularly ALLMO$T, This Band, I Belong To The Zoo and Ben&Ben.
Meanwhile,
JM De Guzman and Armi Millare have recently made the top ten list with their
respective songs featured in the 2019 blockbuster flick Alone/Together from
Black Sheep starring Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano. To anyone's surprise, also
being discovered on Spotify are iconic Filipino bands from the 90s and 2000s
such as Eraserheads, Parokya ni Edgar, Silent Sanctuary, Hale and Callalily. In
fact, here is the most recent list of the top 20 most discovered artists in the
