Voyager Innovations' Paymaya, the premiere financial technology
solution in the Philippines, officially launched its new campaign entitled
"Don't Pay Cash, Paymaya!" where more users are further encouraged to
make the most of their financial transactions to the best of their capability.
With Paymaya as an essential companion to one's everyday life, consumers may no
longer worry about heavy traffic and the hustle and bustle inside shopping malls
as they can fulfill their own obligations in the comforts of their home using
only their smartphones.
The new campaign comes with the unveiling of its new and improved
Paymaya mobile app and a well-secured Paymaya ATM card as well as the
campaign's official jingle in the tune of the classic 90s hit Ligaya by Eraserheads in which the
song simply describes the app's new and exciting features. Compared to previous
versions, the new version makes the Paymaya app easier and more convenient for anyone
to use considering that its features can now be accessed with just one tap. What
makes the new version of the app more intriguing is its in-app store where users
can purchase digital goods such as prepaid pay TV, internet, and mobile phone
loads, gaming credits and even treat vouchers where users can enjoy what is
offered in these vouchers on selected establishments.
On the other hand, the new Paymaya ATM card can now be availed and assures
that the improved version is packed with better security features. For
instance, the user name and card number are now written at the back of the ATM
card instead of the front. Furthermore, upgrading your Paymaya account is now
made easier just by taking a selfie for verification. New Paymaya users can
receive Php200 if they sign up using a referral code from a fellow Paymaya user
and eventually upgrade their Paymaya account.
The launch of a new campaign came at a very fortunate time as the
holiday season in the Philippines and Christmas is fast approaching. More
Filipino consumers are starting to purchase their preferred items at various
online shopping platforms using their Internet-powered smartphones while many
still prefer the traditional way of shopping in malls and bazaars. Anyway,
Paymaya users can always cash-in their funds at any business center or store
nationwide or via BSP's InstaPay online electronic banking system and enjoy
what they want the most from their earnings. In the foreseeable future, I would
imagine myself saying "Don't pay cash, just Paymaya!!" to anyone
which can be a bit skeptical at first.
