It's no denying that BLACKPINK has taken the world by storm with their unbelievable talent, intimidating style and unique charisma. They have stolen the hearts of millions of fans across different parts of the globe, and the Philippines is no exception with Filipino BLINKs always eager for new entertainment from their favorite all-female K-pop group. Arguably the most dedicated K-pop fans in any part of the globe, Filipino BLINKs are in for a treat as Netflix brings them "BLACKPINK: LIGHT UP THE SKY, a documentary film that literally tells the story of the group's incredible journey to becoming the most popular girl group in South Korea.

Since their debut in August 2016, BLACKPINK has become the highest-charting female K-pop group of all time with their innovative music, eye-popping music videos, and internet-breaking fashion concepts. As the group continues to reach new heights across its career - from headlining sold-out world tours to becoming the first female Korean group to perform at the Coachella Music Festival - each member of BLACKPINK reflects on the ups and downs of fame and the long but often challenging journey that brought them to worldwide success.

Directed by Caroline Suh, BLACKPINK: LIGHT UP THE SKY will feature never-before-seen moments that the group's global fandom - known as BLINKs - has been craving for years and reveals the relatable and unfiltered sides of the foursome who continue to be a leading force in expanding the popularity of the Korean pop culture scene, proving that music knows no borders or language barriers. The documentary also goes deep into each of BLACKPINK's four members, namely: Jisoo, the whip-smart unnie (big sister) of the group with a quirky sense of humor; Jenny, the rapper whose fierce onstage persona contrasts with her soft-spoken nature; Rose, the dulcet-voiced Australian coming into her own as a singer-songwriter; and Lisa, the dancing queen with a spark plug personality that never fails to make her bandmates laugh.

Stream Netflix's BLACKPINK: LIGHT UP THE SKY best enjoyed with Globe and relive BLACKPINK's incredible journey to becoming arguably South Korea's most popular girl group. Following the 2020 edition's cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Taiwan Computer Association (TCA) announced that next year's Taipei Game Show is happening on January 28-31, 2021 and will be held both online and offline, with the physical event taking place at the Taipei Nangang Convention Center Hall 1. Though many video game conventions have gone online throughout the year, the decision for the Taipei Game Show to go online and offline is quite interesting considering that the country has been consistently containing the pandemic.

The 2021 Taipei Game Show will include three main sectors, namely: the Asia Pacific Gaming Summit, the B2B Zone and the B2C Zone. Among the event's highlights, the Asia Pacific Gaming Summit and the INDIE SALON are slated to feature physical events plus an online streaming component. Amidst the continuing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Taipei Game Show is expecting to see 350,000 visits and about 500 exhibitors to take part in the event. Expected visitors will able to enjoy the show's B2C Zone which promises fun and immersive experiences. While the Taipei Game Show 2021 will have an online component, details on how the event will handle attendees from other countries are yet to be announced.

The Taipei Game Show 2021 is happening on January 28-29, 2021 for the B2B Zone while the B2C Zone is set to open on January 28-31, 2021. For more details and updates on the Taipei Game Show 2021, visit https://tgs.tca.org.tw.
