DreamFyre Group, a rising eSports and gaming powerhouse in the Philippines, has officially announced a majority stake acquisition by fast-growing global eSports agency Galaxy Racer Holdings Limited. This paves the way for DreamFyre to boost its local expansion and fast track operations in two Southeast Asian markets. It will also enable the group to better service local Filipino gaming content creators and professional gamers with more robust and global career development portfolios.

With this acquisition, GXR DreamFyre will now be able to connect Filipino gaming content creators and professional gaming athletes to a global advertiser base with a rapidly growing reach of more than 70 million followers across its social media platforms. This takes the local eSports industry to a whole new level as the joint operations of the two companies now spans 22 countries across the globe. GXR DreamFyre's eSports teams will surely be one to watch out for in upcoming professional gaming tournaments including the UE eSports Warriors now known as the DreamFyre Team which is a 2019 PUBG ECL Korea Top 13 Finalist, 2019 ECL PUBG Finalist and 2020 National Intercollegiate Cyber League (NICL) Valorant Tournament Top 4 finalist.
