Square Enix is bringing the beginnings of its highly popular FINAL FANTASY video game franchise to today's generation of gamers as well as those who have been fans of the franchise from the beginning and even gaming enthusiasts of previous generations as it officially kicked off its FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster series with the release of FINAL FANTASY I, FINAL FANTASY II and FINAL FANTASY III on Android and iOS mobile devices and PC via Steam.
Officially announced at E3 last June, the FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster series brings the first six original games of the beloved franchise that inspired generations of RPG fans and enthusiasts as faithful recreations for today's generation. The release of FINAL FANTASY, II and III brings these timeless adventures to PC and mobile gamers with universally updated 2D pixel graphics redrawn for modern hardware, featuring iconic FINAL FANTASY character pixel designs created by the original artist and current collaborator Kazuko Shibuya, beautifully rearranged soundtracks overseen by the original composer Nobuo Uematsu, improved gameplay, including modernized UI, auto-battle options, and other upgrades as well as uality-of-life improvements including supplemental extras like the bestiary, illustration gallery, music player and the ability to save at any time.

In FINAL FANTASY, you are the Warriors of Light embarking on a wonderful journey to restore power to the crystals and save the world of darkness. Switch between classes to improve your characters, traverse different worlds using your airship and other vessels and enjoy a timeless adventure on the game that started it all. Meanwhile, the second installment of the franchise tells an epic tale of four young souls orphaned during the struggle between the Palamecian Empire and the rebel army. On their journey, the four will join forces with white wizard Minwu, Prince Gordon of Kashuan, Leila the pirate and many others and what awaits them are beautiful but sometimes tragic twists of fate transpiring along the way.

FINAL FANTASY II introduced a unique skill level system that strengthens the characters' different attributes depending on their fighting style rather than the usual leveling up process plus key words that players will learn on conversations and eventually be used to unlock new information and progress towards the game. Finally in FINAL FANTASY III, with the power of light nearly eclipsed by the power of darkness, only the four adventurers chosen by the crystals can save the world. The third installment sports a unique job changing system that enables you to switch jobs at will and use various abilities while progressing through the game. Choose from a variety of classes including Warrior, Monk, White Mage, Black Mage, Dragoon, Evoker and Summoner and experience the magic in this exciting adventure.
