Southeast Asia's leading eCommerce platform Lazada has officially introduced internationally celebrated South Korean superstar Hyun Bin as the first regional brand ambassador for LazMall, a partner of choice for more than 32,000 local and international brands across the globe. Kicking off LazMall's third year anniversary and Lazada's 9.9 Big Brands Sale, Hyun Bin is featured in the latest TVC where he stars as an agent on a covert mission commandering a crew of operatives. Set to capture the imaginations of fans by reminiscing some of his popular action sequences but in a fun and celebratory twist, his character will release of thousands of LazMall care packages for the public.
One of South Korea's most internationally acclaimed celebrities and the key figures in driving the Hallyu wave towards further worldwide popularity, Hyun Bin is known for his versatile and award-winning performances in successful television series and blockbuster box office hits including Secret Garden, Memories of the Alhambra, The Negotiation and the phenomenal hit Crash Landing On You which garnered him accolades including Most Popular Actor at the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards and Most Popular Korean Artist at the Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards. He received a Presidential Commendation during the 2020 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards.
