Last February 1, 2023 at the Manila Polo Club, Eraserheads members Ely Buendia, Raymund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala, and Marcus Adoro joined WEU Event Management Services and DVent Productions, the companies behind the band's highly-successful reunion concert held last December 22, 2022 at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque City, to officially announce details of their upcoming Eraserheads Huling El Bimbo 2023 World Tour which is slated to kick off on May in the United States and Canada.
WEU Event Management Services led by its President Francis Lumen and Chief Operating Officer Ronald Esguerra and DVent Productions, a multi-national film and music production company headed by its Managing Director Maria Diane Ventura, will be partnering with NY Entourage Productions for the US and Canada legs of the tour. NY Entourage Productions, represented by Nancy and Angel Yang, is an international tour promotions and events company known to bring major Filipino artists to perform around the world. “We’ll make sure the Eraserheads are well taken care of during their stops in North America and Canada,” said Nancy Yang. “It will be the most comfortable tour Eraserheads will have in their lifetime,” said Esguerra. During the contract signing, the Eraserheads also took time to sign artworks by Marcus Adoro and a D&D guitar designed by Parokya Ni Edgar’s Gab Chee Kee, which are being auctioned to help support Gab’s battle with lymphoma.
The Huling El Bimbo World Tour 2023 in USA and Canada will be held on the following dates and venues: May 19 - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; May 20 - Los Angeles, California, USA; May 25 and 26 - San Francisco, California, USA; June 3 - Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; June 9 - Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; June 10 - Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; June 16 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada; June 17 - New York, USA. Each show will be a two-hour production featuring a set list of staple Eraserheads favorites. Fans can expect the band’s top hits to be performed but each night will also include different songs unique to each city so no two shows are completely alike.
