vivo Philippines kicked off the highly anticipated vivo 3×3 Basketball Challenge last July 21, 2024 with its first leg at the SM City Fairview. The energy inside SM Fairview was extraordinary as mall goers, basketball enthusiasts, and supporters gathered to witness the thrilling and highly spectacular matches that unfolded throughout the day. The event featured fierce competition among 16 teams, evenly split between the men’s and women’s divisions. Each division was further divided into two pools, POOL A and POOL B, where teams competed in a single round-robin elimination round. The first four teams from the Women’s Division made their passion and determination evident during the opening, making the first games exhilarating to watch. The next four teams from the Men’s Division also showed their excitement with competitive games that attracted even more audiences from the crowd. The team with the most wins in each pool advanced to the next round with the ultimate goal of moving on to the Grand Finals that will happen on August.
