AirAsia MOVE (MOVE), the leading online travel agency (OTA) platform in Southeast Asia, recently announced a new partnership with GalaxyJoy, the digital lifestyle loyalty platform of Vietnam’s leading investment group Sovico. This collaboration enables MOVE to add Vietjet Air’s flight inventory to the MOVE platform to offer more competitive Vietjet Air flight options to travellers across the region. Through this partnership, MOVE and GalaxyJoy will work closely to provide travellers with more benefits, from attractive flight prices and exclusive promotional offers to the ability to earn AirAsia points as well as SkyPoint for every Vietjet Air booking made through the MOVE platform.

This integration further supports MOVE’s continued efforts to enhance the overall travel experience by offering relevant airline ancillaries such as seat selection and baggage options, all within a single platform. MOVE Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nadia Omer commented, “We are delighted to work closely with GalaxyJoy, who develops and operates SkyJoy, which is already a strong airline-led lifestyle loyalty platform in Vietnam. This partnership enables us to add award-winning Vietjet Air’s flights into our platform, and we look forward to sharing Vietjet Air’s extensive route network with MOVE’s 15 million monthly active users and growing on our platform. We truly hope travellers can fully enjoy the benefits that both MOVE and GalaxyJoy will provide when they choose to book on our platform.” GalaxyJoy CEO Hoa Lan Huong shared, “As the developer and operator of Vietjet Air’s loyalty program Vietjet SkyJoy, we are delighted to play a bridging role in connecting Vietjet’s extensive flight network with MOVE, one of the region’s leading online travel platforms. This collaboration represents a significant step for GalaxyJoy in expanding our regional partnerships across ASEAN. By integrating Vietjet Air’s flight inventory into the MOVE platform, travelers across ASEAN will now enjoy easier access to Vietjet’s expanding route network, competitive fares, and loyalty program.”

Aside from Vietjet Air, MOVE also partners directly with over 70 other notable global carriers such as Royal Brunei Airlines, Air Mauritius, Etihad, and more. Aside from that, it also has a selection of about 700 other airlines through its authorised suppliers on its platform. MOVE users can also conveniently choose from over a million hotels across the globe to complete their travel plans, along with first and last-mile connectivity through airport transfers, and other ancillary travel products such as online duty-free shopping, travel insurance, and more.

Julie Anne San Jose Embraces Creative Freedom With New Single ‘Simula’

Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose welcomed the press last November 29, 2025 at Seda Hotel North Vertis to celebrate the release of her newest single “Simula”, now available on all digital platforms. The track is especially meaningful because she wrote and composed it herself, marking another step in her creative journey. For Julie, having full control over her music feels liberating, and she hopes listeners can find their own stories within the song. She shared that “Simula” carries many meanings, touching on different phases and emotions people go through, which is why she crafted it to resonate with anyone navigating life’s highs and lows. She said, “Marami siyang meanings in different aspects of our lives. Of course to be able to relate to people, I created a song that can resonate kung ano man ang pinagdaraanan natin sa buhay natin.”

Julie also opened up about her growth as a songwriter. She admitted that she used to hold back when expressing her emotions, afraid to reveal too much of herself through her music. She said, “Medyo takot pa ako before, ‘yung mag-express ng aking emotions and feelings. There was like a certain point before that I’m scared or parang takot pa ko to open myself up to other people when it comes to writing songs and music ganyan. Pero at the end of the day, may mga tao rin kasi na nakaka-experience ng mga na-eexperience ko rin. That’s the beauty of writing songs e, you can relate to people and you connect with them so you know the lyrics the melody, para po sa akin ‘yun talaga ang gusto ko…for some reason parang gusto ko palagi na may mata-touch ako na puso kung sino man po ang makikinig sa akin.” Over time, she realized that the experiences she once kept hidden are the same ones many people silently share. This connection, she said, is the heart of songwriting: creating lyrics and melodies that touch someone’s life in ways words alone can’t. Her goal is always to move listeners, even just one heart at a time.

“Simula” is already making waves, reaching top spots on iTunes Philippines shortly after its release. Fans can now stream the single on iTunes, Spotify, and all major digital platforms nationwide. Watch the Lyric Visualizer for “Simula” here.

DLSL AB Communication Students Premiere Original Films in Cineberde 14

(Image Source: De La Salle Lipa)

Last November 16, 2025, Cineberde 14: Ang Kulay Ng Indie Dine drew a sold‑out crowd at SM City Lipa Cinema 2 where families, friends, and the Lasallian community gathered to celebrate the creative achievements of De La Salle Lipa (DLSL)’s AB Communication students. The event served as the culminating showcase of original short films produced by fourth‑year students as part of their academic requirement in Project in Communication 2 course. More than just a class output, Cineberde 14 provided a platform for students to apply their theoretical knowledge and creative skills in media production, storytelling, and social commentary.

The featured films reflected a diverse range of narratives, styles, and genres, rooted in explorations of contemporary issues and cultural identity. Each work demonstrated the students’ proficiency in conceptualizing, scripting, directing, and editing films that aim to inform, inspire, and provoke thought. Cineberde 14 also underscored its objectives: to provide students with an avenue to present their final media projects to a wider audience, to celebrate the creative achievements of AB Communication students through film, to foster critical dialogue around the themes explored in their works, and to strengthen the integration of academic learning and real‑world media practice. As part of its ongoing commitment to excellence in media and communication, Cineberde 14 proudly showcased the outputs of ProCom 2 students from the First Semester of SY 2025–2026. Only works that earned a final grade of at least 86 qualified for screening, ensuring that the films presented embodied creativity, critical thinking, and social awareness.

The sold‑out success of Cineberde 14 highlighted not only the talent and dedication of the students but also the strong support of the Lasallian community in championing independent voices in film.
