Women’s Month in March is a celebration of all the things that make women unstoppable and empowered. It’s about recognizing the women who build businesses, lead teams, raise families, start movements, and show up every single day. It’s also about treating them to the things they love. This Women’s Month, Robinsons Department Store (RDS) transforms its retail spaces into a celebration of style, strength, and solidarity with its much-anticipated Women’s Month 2026, happening until April 15, 2026.
Fashion has always been a form of identity, whether it’s the blazer a woman wears to work as part of the Philippines’ 41.6 percent labor force, the sneakers that power her early morning run in a community, or the lipstick that matches her confidence. RDS is treating every woman who inspires us with great deals and memorable experiences. It is curating collections made for all women, acknowledging that today’s Filipina wears many hats and many looks at whatever stage she is in her life, whether she’s a Gen Z starting on her first job, or a Gen X passing her business to the younger generation, or a Millennial starting her family and her first business. Women’s Fair shoppers can enjoy up to 70 percent off on ladies’ apparel, accessories, and beauty. It’s the best time to refresh wardrobes with brands like Whatever; restock their beauty arsenal with products from Belo Essentials, Snailwhite, Dove, and more; as well as find meaningful gifts for the women they love and look up to. The fair also features exclusive promos designed to reward loyalty and celebrate milestones. On Women’s Wednesdays (all Wednesdays of March), Go Rewards members get an additional 10 percent off with a minimum Php2,000 purchase from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Plus, they can enjoy cashback and zero percent installment plans when they use select credit cards on their purchases. Meanwhile, women deserve to take up space and lead to bring positive change to every person they meet and the communities they serve. They are not just the light of our homes, but also the steadfast pillars of our society. This is what Robinsons Department Store’s #Women2026: Ladies Who Lead Forum aimed to showcase with inspiring lessons for both women and allies alike. Last March 7, 2026, Robinsons gathered women leaders from different sectors to open up conversations about how everyday practices and policies can excel and limit women’s opportunities as well as how allies, including men, could play a supportive role in creating a more inclusive environment for everyone.

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte gave guests an overview of the status of women’s rights in the Philippines. While some progress has been made in pushing policies that provide a safe space and opportunities, there’s still a lot of work to do. “It’s not easy, but we will work hard to make these policies happen,” said Belmonte. Likewise, Department of Justice Undersecretary Margarita Gutierrez highlighted the existing gaps in protecting women, emphasizing that societal reform is a joint effort, stating, “If we want real change for women and girls, it will come when the government is serious about enforcement. The approach should be the whole nation working together, not individual efforts.” From everyday products to policies, women are able to bring positive change to communities. Meanwhile, creativity and ingenuity go hand in hand. When done right, it can transform the lives of people. This is what Belo Essentials Managing Director Cristalle Belo-Pitt wanted to achieve when she started helping her mom, Dr. Vicki Belo, in creating a product line that brings their dermatological services closer to more people. For the Belos, making their beauty products accessible gives women the tools to take care of herself better. “When you look after yourself, you can take care of a whole barangay,” said Belo-Pitt. Halia CEO and Founder Alexa Jocom had a similar mindset when she first started her sanitary pad brand. Disappointed with the plasticky quality of other brands, Jocom set out to create organic, biodegradable pads that are great for periods, as well as taking care of the environment. Another environmental advocate is Masungi Georeserve Director for Advocacy and Board Trustee Billie Dumaliang who was exposed to nature preservation and rehabilitation at a young age, watching how Masungi went from a barren forest to the lush green area that many know today. Belo-Pitt, Jocom, and Dumaliang are proof that women have the power to take initiative and bring about the change people need in the world.
From improving daily life to enacting long-term policies, the message is clear: when women are empowered, they can empower everyone. This Women’s Month, Robinsons Department Store hopes to inspire Filipinos with the lessons from #Women2026: Ladies Who Lead Forum. Make the most of Women’s Month at Robinsons Department Store.
