Southeast Asia's 24/7 anime channel ANIPLUS Asia continues to expand its Filipino audience as it brings some of the hottest Japanese animation shows exclusively first to Skycable subscribers, and it is no surprise that many Filipino anime fans are delighted about the good news while there are those who are not happy with the channel's decision.

Nevertheless, thousands of Sky subscribers will enjoy probably some of the best and intriguingly unique anime not seen in their favorite anime channels that are currently available in our local shores. These include Sword Oratoria: Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Granblue Fantasy: The Animation and the second season of Attack on Titan. The channel is initially available for free until July 14, 2017. Afterwards, subscribers can avail of ANIPLUS as an add-on to their current plan via Sky Select for only Php100 per month.

It is without any doubts that My Dear Heart continues to capture the hearts of viewers nationwide and will do so all the way to its finale next month. In fact, it has vanquished its rival primetime drama by a landslide in the national TV ratings and it is starting to spoil the first three weeks of a newly-launched romantic comedy drama as the story is heating up with televiewers showing support to Heart's family racing against time to save her from her worsening condition.

Their intense support was felt last May 26 and 29, 2017 with the show hit a national TV rating of 26.9% and 28% respectively, which are higher than that of the finale of "Destined To Be Yours" (18.6%) and the Twitter-trending premiere of the Philippine adaptation of "My Love From The Star" (19.2%), based on data from Kantar Media.

Heck, even the online world is talking about the thrilling scenes in these said episodes thus making the show's official hashtags #MDHKapitLang and #MDHSalarin top trending topics nationwide on Twitter.
